Rubbish hot tubs

This is my 2nd mspa hottub. The first one had an error code, but was within warranty, so sent the motor back & it was repaired. It developed another fault so was sent back again & repaired. Then a puncture which i repaired. So i got rid. 18 months ago decided to treat myself & bought the camaro as supposed to be really robust. The day it was delivered i broke my leg (not blaming that on mspa!). So it sat in my garage in the box unopened for 9 months. I set it up & the first time I used it it made a strange high pitched whine. Only used it 3 times & got an error code. Had to lug the motor to post office. Mspa fixed it & sent it back. Have used it about 10 times since repair ,and have an error code again. It's out of warranty now so that is it, never buying mspa again. Rubbish company.

This company is registered as Dissolved on Companies House July 2025.
I purchased The Exotic Mspa tub in June 2024, It was delivered and set up last week in July 2024, at this point I found out the inflatable bladder was punctured twice, I had sent off the warranty card but wrote the telephone number that was on the back before posting the card, I couldn’t get an answer so I headed to the website, I hadn’t been given a warranty policy or repair process so I headed to the site to to message them. Now the company I purchased it was a well known company that are known for their quality garden furniture, interesting home furniture and a whole Range of items. They are still selling tubs manufactured by MSpa, they do not provide you with any warranty details at point of purchase but they are not the “retailer” at least they weren’t at the time I purchased the item. So back to the tub after 6-8 weeks of use the storms hit, as I still hadn’t received a replacement inflatable bladder I was concerned about water collecting would put a excessive amount of drag on the exterior cover of faux leather and the plastic zipper top cover were suitable for light rain, but that was when they had the bladder filling the gap between water and top cover. So I decided to drain it, clean it and store it gathered in like it was when it came out of the box and bag. But I stored double wrapped tarpaulin safety anchored down. Beginning on December I had purchased a heavy duty gazebo and a replacement bladder so I had my son clear the area, lay the pieces of foam matting and set the tub back up in a covered firmly tethered gazebo frame with the new winter weather covering. But the tub didn’t inflate, they pump was the garden version of a car with a starter motor stalled but a bump start was not going to get the tub started. So 10 months later, the engine is still stalled, the phone number for repair and warranty out going message claimed they were in receiver ship, the Customer Service form online went nowhere, I tried official facebook sites - Taiwanese bot The host site that I purchased it from was not prepared to take responsibility and worse than that even though I had explained the situation and requested a copy of the invoice. On their Letterhead paper. I was sent the email with the invoice attached saying oh I’m so sorry you are having trouble with your purchase hope you sort it out soon.
In February I managed to get in touch with a company called ToyMonster who was affiliated with the service repair service after a few frustrating weeks of email and phone call follow up, each time they claimed to have no record of me or the reference, the reference That had originated with them on an email list of invoice, fault details and serial number on the back of the remote control along with photos back and front of the controller. I sent it dozens of times, every single page, site, group and email I found that had any information about the company I rang emailed posted and nothing. CAB advised me to go back to the selling site and try again with them, the company is not just online the have stores everywhere, I rang the local branch to see if I could get head office, I was given the name of a lad, he was nothing to do with the company but “he had a lot of these calls I must have a similar number” NO, the staff in the Newport store we fobbing me off and pranking him, he knew a few staff members at the branch. Finally in response to the email that had been advised from CAB consumer sales act blah blah blah, I had an email from a totally different MSpa service repair company from an email address I had been unable to find anywhere contacting me following an email for assistance from the purchase site. Again I provided information, records and references, going back and forth from purchase to manufacture pushing one to push the other and a few weeks ago I was told no warranty is out of date sorry we can’t help you. I have asked for documentation of the warranty and the process that I should have followed terms and conditions everything but I still have a hot tub that cost me £450, £30 for a replacement bladder and £120 a repair job from a local repair company and now the pump works fine but third an error on it and died a death. I have run out of recourse action and I have to pay another £60 for a professional set up and a minor repair if it is the case of being minor.
So enjoy the tub while you can, I could have booked a weekend away with a hot tub included for the price I paid for approximately 6 weeks and less than 10 days of use. Oh and the amount of head ache tablets I have taken because of it is at least another £30 on top

MSpa Oslo

The spa is great air bubbles and jets seems very robust and easy to put together, was delivered very quick and was a good price. The only thing I would like to see improved the air bubble pump switches off after fifteen minutes where others it’s thirty.

Mspa Oslo, best in the market

Had our Mspa Oslo for two months now. Excellent value for money. Wifi operation is brilliant for switching on and off remotely. Spa was delivered on time and easy to install (you will need two people). They also delivered around the back to my house which made it so much easier to set up.

Great product and company

The whole process from ordering to delivery has been exceptionally good. Helpful and friendly company.
The delivery was excellent and the boxes were placed exactly where I asked.
Once we laid all items out it was simple to put together.
The product itself is brilliant. My husband loves it and says it is very comfortable. He has been in it nearly every night since it has been put up.

Also if raining we can use our app to alter temp also you can do all other
modes rather than using the panel
Nice having the option of bubbles and hydrojets all in all we have enjoyed using since we received it

Ho acquistato MSPA OSLO AMBER, avevo delle domande per il supporto post vendita ma non ti risponde nesusno, supporto COMPLETAMENTE ASSENTE, zero servizio clienti.

Wow what an amazing Spa

Wow what an amazing Spa. I've had this now for a few months and it is amazing. Having had a few blow up ones over the years and they always burst. I decided to get one of these. I watched a number of Youtube videos of people putting it together before doing it. You need 2 people to put this together and it is a really easy and solid build. Its packed with features and the app is so useful. Just make sure its close enough to connect to your WIFI. The bubbles ore so soothing and the unit makes less noise than the blow up ones. Great for summer and winter as it has water jets too. So when its cold out no need to blow cold air in which cooles the water quickly. Just turn on the water jets and its moving the hot water round keeping the heat in much longer. If your thinking of spending the bit extra these are well worth the spend. And in all this heat were having this June/July its just a dream to sit in. Oh and not forgetting the LED lights which color the water nicely in the evening / night. We love ours ;-)

If I could give 0 stars i would.! A company who doesn't care about Customer Satisfaction.
I bought an Otium Hydrojet Hot Tub which came with 2 faults. Had a hole in the seam as it deflated after the 1st use so we had to add air everytime we wanted to use it, then after using it 4 times, it also developed an F1 fault that wouldn't clear.
Contacted them regarding warranty to be told that they don't replace full units and that I'd have to patch the hole myself and take it apart and send the controller back for repair.
Customer Service is very bad, I still have my £700 Hot Tub sat in a heap in my garden (it's been there a month) unusable and I've had the opportunity to use it 4 times before that.
Will not be recommending Mspa Hot Tubs to anyone.

MSpa Oslo

We ordered our hot tub from MSpa and were later told it was out of stock, they were more than accommodating trying to sort the issue for us. Since the tub arrived it has been nothing but lovely. So nice to relax and the for the kids to play in. It was easy to build and set up the filter on the app. Lovely hot tub and great for the money!
