Excellent price and pretty quick delivery. Good communication at all stages of the purchase.

Build quality not the best, gears are not perfectly aligned and invisiframe is not very well done (not lined up with holes, air bubbles etc.) bit frustrating considering the cost. Could also argue the power more cable supplied is too short.

The all experience of buying a buy from here was first class. They were very helpful when ordering and when I picked up my bike going through everything.

Have ordered my last couple of bikes from a big named online retailer warranty issues have been a nightmare decided to go with somewhere within an hour of where I live this time should the worst happen. I’ve a few to choose from but Mtb monster had the best deal on what I was after ordering was easy and communication was top notch throughout. Picked up from store staff were friendly and helpful and setup looked great would recommend 100%

What a great experience from start to finish. Loads of really helpful information prior to getting the bike, including some reallybhelpful set up stuff. Bike arrived swiftly, exceptionally well packaged and was simple enough to pop on the front wheel, pedals and handlebars thanks to the info supplied. Was out on the trails in no time.

Writing this review as I felt I needed to convey the positive experience of my purchase from MTB Monster.

This was my first electric bike (after being impressed having a go on my mates 3 year old Bosch cube stereo). I asked him where it was purchased and he said MTB Monster, so I then started the process of looking around for a good finance deal online and to be totally honest, no one came close to them. The process from ordering to collection (bike was in stock and ready as stated within 48hours) was faultless. All the staff involved were great, communicative and helpful from the application process to asking for my weight setting up sag on the suspension.

The lad whom I collected the bike from (apologies I can’t remember your name, was top notch) and happy to go through the Bosch setup with me too. It’s that level of detail that’s taken care off, and if not, just ask, they are that good.

My new bike is brilliant and I’m very happy. The e-bike itch needed to be scratched 😆

I’ve bought a fair few bikes over the years online and without doubt this has been the best purchasing experience I’ve ever used. I have no doubts MTB Monster will be my choice when I’m ready again.

The company got in touch to make sure everything was going smoothly, proactively getting details so they could set up the bike's suspension for me. The ordering and payment system was fine, no issues there. The only concern, not really enough to drop it a star, is that there seemed to be no option to create an account on order completion, so I would recommend creating one first before you order.
