Muddy Puddles have such great quality items and I appreciate their thoughtful packaging. Made a few purchases recently as getting real value for money with a sale on top I’ve been kitting out my kids for summer and next winter especially. Super fast delivery and no faults with any items I’m really impressed.

The towel robe was perfect
The towel robe was perfect. Loved the retro vibe of the material. My 5 year old granddaughter loved it.

Kids ski gloves
No issues at all with the purchase and extremely happy with the item, kids waterproof ski gloves age 5 to 8 . Very happy 5 year old now has warm dry hands playing at school and in the garden

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong sized item, emailed them and within minutes they had replied to say they had caught my parcel in time and swapped for the correct size. Items are a lovely quality and returning (due to ordering multiple sizes) was free and simple. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Items really high quality and will last a long time. Very happy with them. Refund of the pair of boots my child didn't need cake very quickly.

Holes in two weeks and refusing refund
Bought size 10 for my little boy. Within 2 weeks they had two huge holes in one boot and one huge hole in the other. Sent images ans asked for a refund. Told to send them back. Two months later they claim they never received them and won't provide a refund. All done by email and not good customer service considering their faulty products. Have had much cheaper boots from mountain warehouse that lasted far better!
