Really happy with the repair work carried out by Gavin in our property in Clifton Gardens. Highly professional, thorough and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Gavin represents Mulberry extremely well.

Everyone that I have had the pleasure of coming into contact with at Mulberry have been nothing short of amazing, warm, understanding and responsive. I am totally delighted with my new home, I simply can’t thank you all enough! Keep up the great work! You don’t just build houses, you change lives! I recently had the pleasure of having Gavin from Mulberry Homes visit my property to replace and fix my en-suite shower enclosure. From start to finish, Gavin was extremely professional, courteous, and clearly takes great pride in his work. He not only did a fantastic job with the shower but also ensured everything was left clean and tidy throughout the process. It’s rare to find such attention to detail and respect for someone’s home. A big thank you to Gavin—top-quality service that I’d highly recommend!

A huge thank you to Jo and Kelly at Ravensden Park! They were super friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to find out the details we needed. We will be waiting for the 5 beds! Also the show homes are beautiful.

We are in the process of buying our new Mulberry home in Kelvedon Rise. We cannot thank Francesca enough for her professionalism, helpfulness and friendliness with our experience so far. Nothing has been to much trouble always getting back to us quickly and efficiently with answers to our questions. So far we’ve have had a great experience.

Helen at Ravensden offices in Bedford is an absolutely professional, knowledgeable and respectfully an asset to Mulberry Homes, From start to finish, Helen's interactions with the chain was meticulous and Helen's passion and beautiful personality shone through on every interaction with the legal team and ourselves. A huge thank you to Helen for helping us buy our dream home despite all the many challenges we encountered, we sincerely could not have done this without your support. After care with Brad, the site manager was also superb. Brad, you are indeed a highly experienced and extremely helpful manager, and once again, after we moved in, knowing that you are so spot on with your work, made all the difference as we settled into our new home. We bought our house from Mulberry Homes in 2018.

We did encounter some issues which were quickly dealt with by Stacey Clarke.

She always came back to us with progress and a plan of action.

Since then Stacey has helped with advice and guidance as and when required.

We cannot praise Stacey enough as she has always been reliable, professional, friendly and honest.

She is a credit to Mulberry Homes.

Great experience, Graham was especially helpful from the very start of the process to the actual move in day and beyond. He couldn't have been more helpful.

Big thanks to Gavin for replacing the shower tray, new tiling and the painting and decorating of the en-suite.
The workmanship was great and he’s a friendly, helpful professional.

I visited the Dog Walk event at Ravensden Park on Saturday the 26th of April. It was brilliantly organised by Ellie Duval…A perfect opportunity to speak to current home owners on the development and also be able to see the gorgeous surrounding countryside. I would recommend searching events Mulberry are holding and visit one if you're interested in their beautiful homes.

We had a wonderful day today at the Mulberry Home Doggie day, organised by Ellie. It was a great event, lots of guests arrived and had a wonderful walk through the country side. They also had a very knowledgeable dog trainer. Excellent coffee van at the finish line ! We were so impressed with the location and beautiful views. Ellie introduced us to to the sales lady and we are very interested in buying a gorgeous home from Mulberry!. Can't recommend them enough.

We recently moved into our Mulberry Homes house and everything has been great! The process from when we found our home was smooth from choosing our specifications for the house to the deadlines being met and we are very happy with our new home. I want to thank Francesca for her support throughout the whole process, very informative and was always there to answer any questions we had. Even through our exchanging process Francesca was with us the whole way and provided us with all we needed to know. Since moving in the site Team & manager Ash have been helpful and nothing is too much so thank you we really appreciate that!

Gavin from Mulberry came to fix some cracking on the stairs calking (shrinkage, perfectly normal in a new build) and did a fantastic job, really excellent finish and was super helpful and informative. I know a lot of housebuilding companies can be pretty nightmarish with new builds but have not found Mulberry to be so at all.

We are looking towards a house move this summer and we called into the new Whissendine site on Easter Sunday. We didn’t have an appointment but Helen went to considerable trouble to guide us through the many options and to show us around one of their available houses. Great service and would highly recommend. Site was very well set out in a beautiful part of Rutland.

We moved into our lovely new home in August 2024 but we had been in touch with their Sales team for almost a year before that, Helen in particular has been tremendous, very helpful and has tried really hard to support us through the whole buying process. It has been a pleasure to work with Helen. Brad and Alfie from the build team were excellent in getting the very small number snags resolved during the first couple of months until we were handed over to Lucy in the Customer Care team who carried on the tradition of being as helpful as possible.

The house itself is very well constructed from high quality materials. The build level is outstanding.

We recently moved into our new home with Mulberry Homes, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing! Karen and Faye, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. They were instrumental in helping us meet the Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) deadline, even stepping in to resolve issues when our solicitors made mistakes. Their professionalism and dedication truly made a stressful process much easier.

Even after the move, the aftercare service has been exceptional. Any concerns we've had have been addressed promptly and efficiently. We can't thank Karen, Faye, and the Mulberry Homes team enough for their support throughout this journey. Highly recommended!

We would like to thank Francesca, Sam & Ash and the rest of the Mulberry Team for all their help it has been a truly positive experience.

Nothing has been too much trouble and the whole process has been smooth sailing from the first viewing.
