No replacement straw for bottles
Paid for a personalised water bottle - the plastic straw component has been misplaced at nursery and customer service can offer no help towards me purchasing a replacement straw.
So essentially a £20 water bottle has now been made redundant by a missing straw that would only cost pennies to replace.
I wouldn’t have purchased this bottle if I had known getting a replacement straw would be impossible. Whatsapp customer service was not helpful either.

As the bottle was purchased over a year ago, unfortunately we don't currently have any spare replacement straws available for this product. We are sorry that we weren't able to offer a solution through WhatsApp on this occasion.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! We ordered a personalised toddler backpack from My 1st Years and it looks absolutely awesome - we’ve already had lots of compliments on it.
Ordering was easy, delivery was really fast, and the packaging was the icing on the cake. It arrived beautifully presented in a lovely, high-quality gift box, which made it feel really special.
Great quality, great service and a lovely overall experience. Highly recommend!

I got a bath robe as a gift for my baby and loved it, so ordered some stuff myself for my friend who is giving birth soon. The articles are fluffy and lovely and delivery was quick, would deffo buy again, and would recommend!

Nice goods
Nice goods, personalisation opportunities and good turnaround time.
Wish they used a different delivery company as they are not the best and although I was at the delivery address on the original day of delivery I could see from the courier live tracker they didn't even come to the address. Waited 3 hours for a non delivery. That's not on My 1st Years but they might consider a better partner to deliver their items.
