I enjoyed working with her and the final product is beautiful

A beautiful gift for my lego mad partner on father’s day. Came all the way to NZ from the UK undamaged and is hanging proudly in our lounge. We get complimented on it by every guest that visits us! Thanks much Lucy ☺️

From start to finish Lucy was so helpful. I have ordered two frames so far, and have been thrilled with them. A wedding frame Lucy made was the happy couples best favourite present! Lucy listened to what I was asking for and will ask for more information if she needs it to ensure the end product is professional and personalised. High quality, nothing is impossible! I will be buying more. I would highly recommend my brick box. Keep up the wonderful work Lucy

After a brief issue with Etsy, Lucy proved to be super reliable and listened to all of my instructions and queries and in the end produced an excellent Lego frame for my husband. From start to finish a professional transaction. Highly recommend for any Lego fans!

Amazing personalised products, fabulous unique family frame, ordered a number of different frames from lucy & will definitely be ordering again

Amazing service. Awesome quality. You will not be disappointed. I will definitely be ordering from Lucy again in the future

This is my 5th frame ordered from Lucy. I found her on an online search for unique personalised gifts. I have never been disappointed and the people receiving the gift just love the frame. I have always sent lucy a picture of the people etc for whom the gift is for and let her work her magic. The last frame i ordered was out of this world, I was so overwhelmed by the additional detail she put into the frame and how she captured my brother's family spot on. No reasonable request seems a problem for lucy. It is easy she puts her heart and soul into each frame. I feel her prices are very reasonable for the high quality of product received. I most definitely, highly recommend my brick box and will be putting in some orders for Christmas gifts fairly soon.

Amazing gift idea. I ordered a graduation frame for my daughter and It was delivered within 2 weeks. My daughter loves it more than her degree, she actually cried when she opened it. Very well made, service is outstanding will buy from them again and again. Seller responds to emails promptly and is very very helpful.

I just received my Lego bride and groom picture and love it. The quality is terrific and the personalized attention I received from Lucy was above and beyond. The bride and groom will be thrilled and this will be one of their favorite gifts.

Excellent service, excellent product. The service i got was 1st class nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this company for any frames you want

I was extremely pleased with my finished product from my brick box. I presented a challenge to Lucy, and she rose to the occasion amazingly well with a personalised Harry Potter style frame, working with me every step of the way. I would 100% recommend My Brick Box!

After waiting a life time on Etsy for my brick box for my anniversary! I found this gem on fb! She explained the problem with Etsy and said she would get my order made ASAP! Couldn’t ask for a better service!
