I appreciated that the sales office repeatedly tried to contact me to sort out some minor glitches regarding age verification. The product was despatched quickly and was received next day. Very happy with the service.

Sheath is not my favourite but overall still great knife and spike
I Am overall happy with my Off-shore knife. One small thing I noticed is If the knife is sheathed with the sheepsfoot blade aligning with the sheath’s curvature, when worn on the right side of the belt, the edge is facing forward, meaning when comfortably drawn by the right hand, it will be held backwards, edge facing the user. I would prefer the sheath with an opposite side curvature. That being said, excelent and very massive knife, im happy with it

Strong reliable and well worth the money
Being a seamanship specialist in the Royal navy I felt like I needed a good durable knife that is easily carried day to day. This does just that! Extremely sharp and reliable so far. I do want to get the fixed blade next that I can carry during major evolutions.

First class customer service
I ordered one of Myerchins great sailors multi tool knives as a birthday gift for s sailor friend .
Due to an error the knife was sent to the billing address and would not have been available in time for my friends birthday .
I called Trevor at Myerchin and he immediately arranged to send out a second knife , at no charge , to the correct address .
This is an amazing display of first class customer service and i cannot recommend this company highly enough. ;))

I can only speak of my own experience with Myerchin U.K. but I would not hesitate to recommend them,as the whole of my shopping experience from start to finish was easy.I bought a sailors tool a few t shirts and a dry bag.All items seem to be made well and all correspondence with the company was quick courteous and professional and nothing was too much trouble.I will definitely be using them again.Well done the Myerchin U.K. team
