Absolute crap service. Purchased a generator with a 2 day delivery. It’s been 3 weeks and still no generator. We have been lied too, made promises that have not been kept. Have had to chase this from the start. They blame the courier but I have spoken to the courier (which my generator was not happy about) and they have not been at fault. This company want your money and looking at the reviews provide crappy products. I will be asking for a refund and heading off to Bunnings. Be warned you will be disappointed.
Purchased 65l fridge and before delivery found it was too large so I tried to exchange for 38l smaller fridge. Restock for on $999 fridge, 20% or $199. No other help, even though I wanted to still buy a fridge from them. Believe this to be very expensive.

says on site item with be sent 2-3 business days. now they are saying will be up to 2 weeks before its even sent. i called and the lady was very rude basically saying get in line with everyone else. no care at all
Ordered 2x 110ah Victron batteries a week ago and they cannot tell me when it will be delivered. Keep saying "sometime this week". It appears they are just a middle man and dont actually hold any stock themselves. Also watch out for their 20-35% restocking fee if you need to return an item. Can seem to think thats reasonable to charge a % of the item rather than a fixed fee.
I wish I had read some reviews first as my experience seems to be common with these turkeys. Item showing in stock and sales keep saying my lithium battery will be sent that day or the next. It wears a bit thin now 7 days later and trying to cancel and they are trying to tell me I can't. PayPal dispute now in progress. Don't believe their in stock website BS
one of the worst companys to deal with bought a fridge and they dont know if they have sent it or not ,no one can tell us where it is and they keep promising to post it but never do
I purchased an evakool fridge cover and I received it and looks nothing like the photos on there website completely different. It’s cheap and nasty what I received. I was offered refund but I want what is advertised. They have poor after sales service I don’t recommend them at all.
Also to make it worse when you leave a review and summit it they have to approve it before it’s published!!! My negative review was not published

Dometic CRX 110 Fridge (Cost ~$1500) arrived and does not cool properly, gets to 8 degrees and doesn't go any further. To me this is a major fault and requires replacement under ACL especially considering it was shipped in this condition. Mygenerator are refusing to help and say I need to organise a warranty repair, I found Blake who claimed to be the manager very dismissive of my concerns and refused to replace the unit or escalate the enquiry.
I also would not trust their website reviews as they're all moderated, see image attached, "review sent for moderation" allowing them to filter only 5 star reviews...
edit: Called two dometic service agents whilst we're on the road, one guy was a no show, the second guy charges $50 to come and look even when it was under warranty as dometic are so painful to get the money back from apparently.
