Went to MyLahore blackburn for a work night out and the service was perfect, lovely restaurant and amazing food! Thank you!

Came to Birmingham My Lahore with 3 other friends for bday meal. We were chatting and giggling amongst ourselves. 3 or 4 times the male waiters came up to our table that was in the booth in the corner away from most tables, that customers are complaining we were too noisy. We were not dancing on tables or shouting only having our catch ups and talking amongst ourselves. At one point the waiter said to us that a child started to choke because of our noise level??? Really??? The child is with its family and what has a group of friends talking amongst ourselves got to do with a child who is with his own family to take care of him choking! Waiter said we made him choke, a small child! Me and my friends felt we were being targeted probably because of the way we looked. I have never been made to feel uncomfortable being and Indian from another Asian community 😕 we asked to speak to management and were told they were unavailable. We weren't treated like all their customers were treated. I felt we were discriminated. Appalling service and not taking into account of keeping all customers inclusive. Definitely would not go there again and wouldn't recommend to others. We were there between 7.30 pm to 9.30pm.

Great food, really kind and friendly staff. I went with my family of 4 adults and 4 children for a meal out. Thr youngest child is 2 it can be hard going out to eat with kids but my lahor we went to in leeds was very child friendly and we all had a great time. Quick service we got our mains before we had even finished with our starters. I would 100% recommend

Food was very quick and hot, top service from Zak and the rest, very family oriented and respectful staff we love coming as a family always very accommodating will deffos be returning!

No courtesy, bad food, dishing out food like they are serving animals.
When I complained about the food nothing was done.
They just couldn't give a damn.

Fantastic restaurant with great food. The service is fantastic and always meets your expectations.

I always want to go here when I am in Manchester.

Update: head office emailed and promised to call me they never called me absolute shocking and rubbish customer service.

I am so disgusted with Ali’s attitude today. Ali was somebody I used to have a lot of respect for over the years I was a regular customer but today I was incredibly shocked and disappointed to see him shouting at my FEMALE family members in front of other customers when he was told a negative review was going to be left for the awful service we received today. Instead of calmly explaining or apologising for the situation he started shouting in a barbaric manner ‘are you threatening me’ with his own employee telling him not to shout at customers and his own employee apologised numerous times. Customers are allowed and entitled to leave reviews without facing such aggressive attitude back. Myself, my friends and my family members will not be returning again as I have also shared my experience on social media. I hope Ali can learn some manners on how to speak to customers, reflect on how badly he behaved and apologise as he has lost some loyal customers today and ruined a relationship he had with our family in just a minute. I will also be forwarding my complaint to the head office due to the nature of his aggressive and unacceptable behaviour towards female customers.

Went to eat with my parents the food took a while but was definitely worth the wait. Didn’t like the fact that we had to wait to be seated and people that came after us was seated before us.

I took my now Fiancée to My Lahore Bradford for our engagement. The food and service was great. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I surprised my Fiancée (and everyone else there 🤣) with her ring and the management their gave us some complimentary desert and drinks...and took our photo.

We would both like to thank everyone at My Lahore for making our visit feel even more special.

We will definitely be going back..

Great food loved the keema pasta and the samosas will be visiting again

I am very disappointed .order lamb curry.paneer palak. kabab .kababs were very hard.curries were very mild no salt and chilli.not happy use to be very good but not now

Our party of 11 went to the one on Great Horton Street Bradford - the food was fantastic and despite not ordering starters, it didn’t take too long to arrive.
Our waiter Nabeel (I hope that’s correct) was very helpful throughout and advised us what to order in a fun way, ensuring we all enjoyed the food that we ordered

Visited my Lahore in Manchester Wilmslow road on Thursday last week. Very disappointed with food. Mixed grill all the meats had same flavouring nothing special. Ordered chicken tikka masala tasted more like butter chicken and watery. Very disappointed won’t be visiting again!!

Love the My Lahore’s in Leeds. Loved the food. Very quick service and friendly staff, good prices also. Would definitely go again 👍

Ordered my usual today.. it arrived on time but cold and had 1 item missing. So I reported it and the person I spoke to said r u sure its not there so I said if it was why would I ring u in other words called me a liar.. what kind of customer service is this.. I've been eating from my lahores from day 1..! so then he went on and said it will be with u ASAP as u r only up the road ! 1 hour later.. delivery driver arrives with it.. guess what.. that's also cold.. not even a word of apology from the driver... disappointed isn't even the word for it today...

Went to the barking branch last night . Chops were chewy and overdone as were the chicken tikka pieces . Fish was very nice . Mains … average , nothing special . Very disappointed . They really need to up their game .

I visited My Lahore just over a week ago with my husband and 2 little boys and we ended up having a really great experience! The food, service and overall atmosphere was amazing! We ordered their biriyani and chicken karahi with with naans and mango lassi and everything tasted pure authentic and absolutely delicious! The staff were also very kind and friendly! We can’t wait to visit again!

Visited MyLahore London today for a birthday meal with my family, greeted by Maf & served by Usman, I can honestly say they were very polite and did their upmost best to make it a 5* experience.
