Been reading the Mail since for around 40 years - and my parents/grandparents before me. MyMail was great when you could collect points towards M&S vouchers etc, then Nectar points, but the Mail seems to have got tighter and tighter over the last few years. This spinning wheel concept is a joke, the 'points'/'tickets' concept is a farce. I imagine the only prize 'winners' - if there are any - are most likely to be full subscribers. Disappointing.

I have read the Mail since returning from abroad in 1987, really enjoyed collecting Nectar points which I turned into airmiles don't like the format now, previously everyone was a winner

What an absolute SCAM. Bring back the nectar points. I have been sucked into playing the stupid spin wheel game since its inception. Never heard of anyone winning, just a con to make us keep buying this toilet paper. Show us a list of winners, if you have one.

Total waste of time as wheel just freezes. can't be bothered anymore and will stop buying the paper.

Pointless. Probably only paying subscribers who win anything - if that. A very big comedown from the days of collecting Nectar points etc.

I had been logged out of the mymail account on my phone, and cannot log back in. I have just learnt from a review that UK numbers no longer work which is why I cannot access my email. I have been using for years and years; and found I had a lot of spam emails so it’s not a very secure email and now due to this I would avoid at all costs.

Probably the worst email company to go with. UK Numbers do not work anymore on their app, so my 5 year email address is non accessible on my number.

No information was stated to customers prior and no reasoning from the customer service team why

Been entering numbers every day for years. They've made the rewards scheme a waste of time and energy. Not worth the hassle!

I dont ever get to spin the wheel.I put my unique numbers in.then.the wheel.disappears so I dont get points or enterany competitions

repeatedly the spinning wheel does not appear -- if the numbers have been 'successfully entered ' then 5 points at least should be awarded if the wheel fails to appear -- mail always says its your computers fault -- bring back automatic award upon entering numbers -say 10 points each time we all go into the 'lucky draw'

Awful!! The wheel rarely loads and then they state 'the number has been claimed' Completely random points allocated - when the wheel works I have less points (entering every day) than two friends who only buy the paper 3-4 times a week. The Mail never list winners so absolutely are there actually any? DEfinitely not worth buying the paper for this - no 'reward' whatsoever as far as I can tell!

If anybody was winning anything surely they would advertise it, but they never do, I believe it is just a big con and a complete waste of readers time.

Mail rewards hopeless, enter numbers, wheel freezes.
Mail's response was to turn my pc off & start again, i.e, my fault ! of course all this does is tell you that you have already entered todays numbers & free spin, it is now not fit for purpose and should be fixed promptly or withdrawn.

This spin the golden wheel is useless. It freezes on you then says numbers already entered. Bring back Nectar points or is it time to buy the Daily Express instead.

Mail Rewards used to be very good when you used to collect points for actual cash rewards or Nectar Points which benefitted everyone, however now it is shameless lottery which is not even worth bothering with.
