Great company great staff great products great prices. The real deal for us

Great service and prompt delivery

Quick delivery but wasn’t impressed with the delivery company DHL. We were away for weekend and got a photo of parcel being handed to a neighbour but they didn’t tell us which neighbour it was. I had also specified in the order not to leave with a particular neighbour and guess where the package was?! Also only half order was sent and charged for full order.

Great price and super fast delivery. What more could you want. I'll definitely be coming back again.

Absolutely love this company! Delivery super quick and they really do their best to have in everything you will need

Great service, and speedy delivery

Your courier can’t find my address or the can’t be bothered to to deliver it!!!!

Best price I could find for the viro-sol. Ordered 4 bottles and a couple of small items to get the free delivery over £50.
Order was sent very quickly and would use again.

Excellent all round service - thanks also for the chocolate! 5stars

Same as always put in order kept informed about delivery and left where asked sounds simple but not always the case

The only place to get the excellent Staalmeester brushes , great company and always look forward to eating my fredo

The foam backing pad doesn’t last long at all.

Lost its stick within a couple of days of use.

Everything was as you would hope

Fast service products were as expected

A very trustworthy Company to deal with, fast delivery first class products and I will Definitely be dealing with My Paintbrush in the future.

I recently used MyPaintBrush to order some Repair Care bits that they helpfully do in 1's, as opposed to a pack of 50 which I just don't need.
The picture implied 2 items whereas in actual fact the pack size is 1, so I was surprised when 1/2 the number I thought I had ordered actually appeared. I did eventually decide to get in touch just to mention this, but was immediately told that they could see why I thought the quantity was 2, with an offer to make up the difference free of charge. Wow!
Now we are all used to rubbish customer service - you know the I'm halving your benefit / ignoring you in order to serve you better. Mmmn.
So to anyone thinking of using MyPaintBrush - their service isn't good, its outstanding and many UK firms could learn much from this attitude.
Last week I simply came to them as they had an item in small quantities that I needed. Because of the way they handled this, I will now use them as my go-to shop for relevant bits into the future. A customer for life if you like!
Oh, and the delivery was fantastic as well!

Brilliant service throughout thank you kept me updated on my order
