I'm so glad I contacted My Probate Partner. I am an executor of my Auntie's estate, which was fairly straightforward. However without their input, guidance and expert advice, I doubt all would have gone as smoothly as it did. I chose the Enhanced Package, so after uploading the necessary documents and relevent information, they completed the forms, covering letter, supplied all relevant information in PDF format and it was plain sailing from there to Confirmation (Scotland). No issues whatsoever with Sheriff Court because the form was completed by these experts. I would definitely recommend to anyone who finds themselves in an executor role, when the estate is fairly straightforward. The tricky bit is the wording etc on these forms and courts are highly particular so unless it's completely to their standards, it will ultimately be rejected and you have to start all over again. It's a difficult enough time, without dealing with all the beurocracy. Head straight to My Probate Partner because you truly have an expert partner guiding you all the way. Really worth using. Having failed with my own attempt to gain Confirmation I signed up to My Probate Partner and followed the detailed advice given. They checked over the application and corrected some errors and provided a cover letter to go with the application. This time I had no problems. A great service.

It was reassuring to have the guarantee of the application being accepted. I may have been able to fill in the document myself, with a lot of Internet research, but it was good to have the documents 'pre-checked' for peace of mind.

A very professional and helpful group of people.
They asked me all the relevant questions and they then filled in the appropriate paperwork for submission to the Sheriff Court for Confirmation. This only took them two to three days to complete and this passed through the Court at the first attempt.
Looking at how the paperwork was completed, I can safely say that I would have been unsuccessful without their assistance. They clearly have the skills required to navigate people through this archaic and frustrating system.

Company did exactly what they promised in the time they said they would. All I had to do was sign and annotate the documents exactly as they described and submit to the court. Confirmation (probate) from the court arrived a few days later.

This was an excellent service . We couldn’t fault .. excellent communication , great guidance and support , quick response to emails . We had a small challenge with Will that needed additional paperwork
