Everything works the way it is described.I I've never had any problems using the platform and the cashback is usually better than other offerings. Paying the monthly fee is no problem, as long as you remember to make a purchase once a month, which is not difficult.

Unauthorized £18 charge / Scammed into hidden subscription
I was shocked to find an unauthorized charge of £18 on my bank card from My Time Rewards. I was tricked into a hidden monthly subscription without my explicit consent after purchasing a ticket online. I have already sent an email to customer service demanding a full refund and immediate cancellation. Please contact me and process my refund immediately.

Please note that to be a member, you must manually fill up the form presented to you after making a purchase with one of our partner retailers where it was stated that a membership fee will be collected after your free trial period.
As checked, you claimed for your September Monthly Bonus. However, the order confirmation seems to correspond to the purchase through which you signed up to the My Time Rewards programme (the purchase right before you saw our advert to join).
If you’ve already made another online purchase with the retailers available on our website on the same date you joined or other purchases made in September, please forward us the confirmation email to mary@mytimerewards.co.uk. Upon receipt we will process your request accordingly.
Great cashback site if you are careful with terms and conditions!
This is a great company if used correctly under their terms and conditions. I’ve made a lot of money from their offer of 25% off days out. It means I get one ticket for free for a family of 4. We are actually a family of 5, so it’s a bit of a faff, but I buy one ticket separately, as they won’t accept more than 4 tickets on one receipt. I don’t mind that work around though, when it means I get one child in effectively for free! We went to Paultons Park recently and this offer made a huge difference. Be sure to remember the monthly bonus so that your membership gets paid back to you. Customer services are quick to respond. I would recommend.

Most likely a scam
They offered me £20.50 cashback on a purchase if I signed up to their subscription service, which I didn't receive, and they weren't clear about how much I would pay for subscription renewal (£18.50). When I contacted them to complain and cancel my subscription, they refunded me the renewal cost, but then took it back from me! I also never received the £20.50, so they owe me about £40

Excellent customer service. They answer phone queries quickly and efficiently. Easy website to navigate. I've used it mainly to book Trainline tickets for 10% off which really adds up if you're making frequent trips or have an expensive journey

Biggest con I have ever come across. I signed up for this think I'd receive some money back after buy some pizza on the Dominos pizza app. I didn't receive any money back and instead they charged me £18. I cancelled membership and asked for a refund as I'd not knowingly agreed to be charged. This company have repeatedly tried to take £18 from me despite me blocking the payment with my credit card provider. I have now had to temporarily cancel my credit card to stop them.
If I could award zero stars I would.
Edit/update: after being cut off on my first attempt, I finally got through to My Time Rewards (who are a sister company to Complete Savings - a company I had accidentally signed up to but previously cancelled my membership). A helpful lady said they will refund me so I will wait and see...
