Very disappointed with how inflexible Naked Advice’s return policy is, especially given how expensive their items are. I was buying a jacket as a gift, but because of the 20% promotion they would only offer store credit or exchange, no refund. I was told to wait until the sale ended if I wanted a refund, which defeats the purpose when you’re trying to purchase during a promotion. It feels like you only get reasonable flexibility if you pay full price so they can maximise profit. Luckily, there are plenty of other places to shop.

I had purchased the Maxwell Jean from them which was sent which 3 stains on the crouch. Which were in the worst spots to be in on the crouch. I emailed them several times and their customer service is complete shit. They try everything in their power to not do shit for you. Jeans fit great but can’t wear them cause they came with stains. After the expirence I had with their customer support, unfortunately never again.

Do not buy from here!

This is The worst shit I’ve ever experienced with shopping. I bought my girlfriend the Stacy Snake boots for Christmas and I returned them and bought another pair because the first pair was the wrong size. Then after a few weeks I check my e-mail and they sent me a gift card for their website instead of sending me my money back. This is a shitty store. Third world country idiots

I had my return of $130 refused (I'd only worn the item to try on and after the fit was incorrect/different to how it was pictured online) I requested a return.
I exclusively shop online and this is the first time I've ever had a return refused!
Definitely can't shop with NV again - sizing is so hard to get right and I feel super super uncomfortable with how they treat customers!

Am somewhat annoyed to purchase a large leather handbag from Nakedvice.co.Uk - pay for it, delivery etc to then find I had to pay another £44.69 for customs. Stupidly I did not read small print re shopping and although handbag was below the custom value together with delivery it was not. I feel very strongly that there should be a very clear indicator when purchasing from this company’s Uk site that custom duty may well be incurred despite the fact you pay in Uk pounds etc. in all I would never purchase from them again! If you buy from a UK site you certainly do not expect to incur custom duty.
To not pay duty would incur a 3 week delay in returning to vendor plus expenses incurred!

Amazing customer service. I exchanged my pants to a size smaller and Jana went above and beyond to ensure I received my replacement asap. Amazing quality and overall a lovely experience!

I purchased the lexi bag and was so disappointed in the length of the strap. At full extension the bag sits at my rib cage, I cannot and never will use it.
Big waste of money.
If you're going to have adjustable straps, make the adjustments inclusive!

Amazing experience from the UK. I placed an order for 2 bags, 1 that was a pre-order. I actually then received one of the bags as a gift so had to contact NV for a partial refund. At the time I questioned cancelling the pre-order too so I could reorder close to the release time since I no longer needed the other bag :) the lovely assistant Matilda suggested a new bag they were about to release similar to the one I pre-ordered and asked if I would be interested in that one so I wouldn’t have to wait. She also offered to send it to me before the official release date, which I found super kind. I have no received said bag and I am so happy with it. The level of customer service I received was impeccable and I can’t thank Matilda enough for handling my issue xx

I ordered a dress on this website and paid for express shipping for €39.95. When the package came customs demanded €96.08 to deliver it and of course, I then decided to send it back knowing I would lose the money for the shipping. All of this is clearly my fault but the problem is that it has been over two months and they did not refund me yet. I keep writing to customer service but they give me non-answers saying that they are in the process of getting it returned back and that they will issue my refund soon.
I do not recommend ordering on this website because if you have any sort of problem CS is not ready to help you at all.

Like everyone else, I fell for the instagram advertising on the cool influencers like Desi Perkins. Their stuff is on the more expensive side, especially when you factor in the international shipping so I waited until they were having a sale. I purchased a belt and a pair of slides- I dont believe either of them are real leather, as they claimed they were. The lining in one of the shoes peeled off on the second wear which evidences poor quality, and the belt has a super shiny plastic look to it and does not look, feel, or smell like real leather at all. I kept both mainly because it would be too expensive to ship back. I do wear them sometimes, but it really is unacceptable for them to market them as real leather when the quality is this terrible and the price was so high. You can get better quality leather slides at Saks off 5th that are clearly true leather for less money than this. Wont be a repeat customer
