The dress was really comfortable and the fit worked well for me. I also liked that it looked the same as the photos on the website.

I ordered the Squishmallow advent calendar - it is a complete joke. The item is not an official one - it appears handmade by children - some of the faces is actually drawn on in pen. Complete fabrication. They have delayed and are trying to get out of processing a refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE.

Do not trust or use
False advertising, fake and damaged goods, awful customer service. Received fake micromallows in a damaged and poor quality counterfeit box. Items were both extremely poor quality and damaged, and nothing like advertised. Nalani refused to cover return postage costs (£15) and tried to offer vouchers instead of a refund.

Ordered 3 x pendant lights which were similar money to John Lewis. They arrived damaged and squashed due to being put in small boxes and being of poor quality metal, very thin.
I immediately contacted them with photos of the arrival state and the damage and requested a full refund. They have offered replacements or a gift card for 30% of the value but won't actually provide me with a returns form and instructions. Complete waste of my time and awful to deal with. Do not use this company!
