नाप तोल से सामान खरीदना बेवकूफी है ये रिम लेस ऑटो एडजस्टेबल बाय फोकल चश्मा झूठ बोलकर लोगों को केवल रीडिंग वाला चश्मा बेच रहे है । ये चोरों का अड्डा है । अपनी गलती भी नहीं मानते और सामान वापिस भी नहीं लेते और न पेमेंट वापिस करते हैं। इनके प्लेटफार्म से कोई भी खरीदारी करना पागल पन होगा । सभी उपभोक्ता ध्यान दे ।

But thos product was not as per shown in video,
This product is totally different, not as per the video, this company is making foolish to people, please don't purchase this product, and don't waste your money.
Company is now refusing to take return product and also money.

They advertise online a Rimless glasses that is suitable to use as reading glasses for any person having the power from 0.5 to 2.5.
Seeing this advertisement, I ordered the product. I can tell you that the product is nothing but s**t. They have also attached a instructions paper with the glasses that advices the buyer to wear it for a few minutes and it will adjust itself as per my reading power. I wore it for 2 hours and all it gave me was a splitting headache! I had to remove the glasses as the headache was unbearable.

When I call the customer service of Napthol, they decline to accept the product back and provide a refund. They said there is no return policy.

The fact is if this product worked as advertised, I would not want to return it. I had bought a couple of times years ago. I had realized then that these frauds only sell substandard products. But this time when the advertisement was for reading glasses that would suit one and all, that was the temptation to buy.

That is enough of buying anything from Napthol for this lifetime. No more falling for any more of Napthol's misleading advertising propaganda and gimmicks!

And believe me, all the so-called positive reviews appearing here are also part of Napthol's dress-up!

Sent me faulty product and when I returned, they give me a coupon saying that I will get a refund on upi, and then I never received any we are refund, after that when I ask me to send Bank details I give them all the details they asked, it's more than 15 days in total now I have not received any refund and they have stopped replying me, I have never seen any kind of scammer company like this ever

Useless products, and more useless customer service. They will send you garbage products, and then their customer service is more garbage than their products. NEVER even ordering anything from them. Please BEWARE.

Dont buy any products from Naaptol as after sale there customer care are not ready to listen any complaints for the products and not willing to solve the issue at all

I ordered 5 T shirts very low quality Product I received .Not recommending for cloths shopping. No return policy. Customer care saying can't help in refund. Please rufund.

We received wrong product. Called them 10 times. They at first kept hanging up. Then when they spoke they didn't give a proper/satisfactory answer. Didn't seem too bothered after we told them we would give them a bad review.
We have recorded calls too. Me may just make them public in a followup
