I had a great experience with National Timber for my order this week. I had purchased on Monday, and got a delivery date for Wednesday a couple hours later. Unfortunatley the van broke down on the Weds but they immideatley informed me via email with an apology and a new time for 10am the next day. Thats exactly what happened, the driver showed up promptly and help unload the wood too. Top service and great prices!

Bought the shed based on glowing reviews but quite disappointed. Elements for shed building are unevenly cut. For example one piece of wall taller by few mm than the one next to it. Lot of broken parts in places. Nothing major but lot of chipped wood. To top it up only handful of felt nails given, so just have to go to the shop to get some more. I have reported some broken parts as I have only noticed the rest when building the shed. It was acknowledged but no further action taken from the company.

Received a delivery today, the driver was John. John was brilliant. The product was excellent.
