Andy delivered my fence panel this morning. The quality of the panel is excellent. Andy helped fit the panel, and was really professional and helpful. He was patient and ensured the board was fitted correctly A credit to the company.

A very big thank you to Andy who delivered our concrete items today. Unfortunately our builder was not available to help him, but he was determined not to let us down and managed to deliver the very heavy items by himself. We are extremely grateful to him for his kindness and hard work.

Andy just delivered my fencing panels and posts and was ever so helpful. When he realised I was disabled he insisted on lifting everything off and into place. Lovely guy and a credit to the business.

Item not delivered when said, no call to confirm there was a delivery issue.
Left in the dark, really poor communication.
Follow up - I rate businesses that deal with stuff when it goes wrong. When I did get hold of them, I was given a new delivery date, I subsequently contacted them and was provided with a full refund, no quibbles. Thanks.

Sometimes we make mistakes but its how we deal with them is what matters and I'm glad to see that we dealt with this swiftly and in a manner which shows that we are a genuine company. Really helpful, friendly team. Sam the sales guy and Neil the driver couldn't have been more helpful. Called half hour before delivery to confirm is was there.
Best prices on timber for miles.

Fantastic customer service!
We ordered from National Timber mainly because their prices were fair and very competetive. On delivering the order ( a lift of thirty 2.5 metre tanalised sleepers) the driver saw our predicament. My wife and I have complex health problems and could not possibly lift these very heavy sleepers. Andy, the driver offered to drop the sleepers on our property in a convenient and safe place. He single handedly lifted and stored all thirty sleepers and kept up a continual line of friendly conversation throughout. His customer service skills were impeccable and he deserves a medal for going the extra mile for us. Top marks to Andy and the company. Great value, great customer service! Thanks very much!

Don't second guess buying from these guys, even if you have to pay shipping. Their pricing is the best, even with delivery charges. Delivery to Cardiff not a problem, ordered in the afternoon and given a delivery slot for the next morning! Arrived as promised, perfect quality product.
