Friendly and helpful staff, both over the phone and when collecting.

We had a quite a few large items which needed removing from two different areas of our grounds, which hosts a nursery. The gentleman turned up on time, was cheerful, polite, and removed all the items safely. Could not ask for more.

Exactly the customer service every company should have and level of understanding, help and positivity every customer should be able to receive.
I fell on tough times as we all do and just needed a little help to get through it.
Chris definitely provided it, kept me as a customer and will allow me to share my experience which in itself will help Chris and Nation Wide Waste in the long run.

Wish all businesses were the same!

Nationwide offered a really organised and solution focussed service. They offered us a removal at very short notice and were very good at communicating times and information/price quotes ahead. Nisha was an absolute diamond at organising the pickup and the two delivery van employees were really good, fast and focussed.

i had an issue with my bin emptying company , Mia from nationwide sorted it immediately , changed my provider , saved me money at the same time !

Very poorly managed and bad customer service.

Was told I had to give 3-5 months notice today when my contract ends in February. Luckily I gave notice exactly 3 months via email, but no that’s not good enough, has to be via letter and recorded no doubt!

They’ve now said I’m on a rolling contract without me even agreeing to this. And I have to be with them for another 3 years. That’s not what a rolling contract is?!

Absolutely horrendous company, wouldn’t use again in a heartbeat. I will be seeking legal action and advice if this continues.

I had a pricing issue, the ladies I spoke to dealt with it quickly and professionally. Very good customer service. I'm a long term client and will stay that way.

Been with Nationwide waste services for a year now, can not fault the team. Called today due to a missed collection and as always were straight on the case and resolved this for me, would highly recommend

This company missed many collections, they started to use another company for collections, many have been missed and we have tried to cancell there service, if you can call it that,, im trying again to cancell as we cant afford it but we are on stop but they still keep adding the bills,, the problem is its a broker not a waste collection company and the reason your stuck in a contrack is so they can keep ripping hardworking people off.
I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY, NATION WIDE SERVICES,, NOT THE COLLECTION COMPANIES

Please avoid this company at all costs.
No matter what they offer you, just avoid.
After multiple missed collections, a lot of time on the phone and emails back and forth. Chris, from Nationwide waste, agreed that we would be refunded for missed collections, that he would investigate previous collections, as the collection company was actually saying collections were being made and giving weights. (it turned out the service providers were collecting a different bin regularly)
Eventually Chris agreed that we would be credited for these missed collections and our service provider would be changed to a different company at a different rate, with new bins. (despite me saying I would rather just be released from the agreement at this point)
Well, it turns out that precisely none of this materialized, we didn't get a new bin, we didn't get a new rate, we didn't receive any credit, we even missed another collection.
I have continued to email, tried phoning, and the communication is absolutely awful.
Eventually I did receive an email back to say that Chris has gone on paternity leave, then asking me to explain the whole situation again as they didn't understand what the problem was!!
Despite there being a lengthy thread of emails to explain this, and despite the fact that if Chris had done anything he had actually said he was going to, that they would surely have notes on this situation.
It seems like they are intentionally acting as if they don't know what I am talking about to avoid responsibility for the problems.

A terrible service from start to finish. Hidden costs, terrible customer service, nigh on impossible to cancel the contract and the final offering was the lying about not being able to collect the bin, awful telephone support and then leaving a full, disgusting bin on the street for days because of their incompetence.

Terrible company, avoid at all cost.
Cancelled the contract as they increased prices and made up extra weight charges, didn't want to help or even talk to me about prices etc, so cancelled , gave the correct notice period, which was acknowledged from them via email, they then charged us after the contract ended and its taken 3 months to get a partial refund, as extra fees and charges have been applied!!!!

Criminal. No waste collected for 5 months. Threatened with court action for unpaid bills for 5 months of uncollected waste.

Without a doubt this is the worst company I have ever dealt with in 28 years of being in business. I cannot wait for my contract to finish so that I can get some decent service from another company for my waste collections.

Warning. Would give zero stars but the system will not permit this. This company is the worst we have ever dealt with. The only action they ever take is taking regular direct debit payments. We have been complaining since 2019 about lack of service and recorded every contact - even complaining to their senior management. You cannot contact them by phone unless you take a circuitous route which takes so much time. We have now cancelled the direct debit and amazingly there is a great deal of contact! Unbelievable! Avoid NWS at all costs!

Opportunistic company, they renew your contract without your consent for another 3 years, they do not even let you know that it will be renew, and once you are with them, they provide the most terrible service, they constantly miss collections, they do not accept responsibility for it. You cannot even dispute the unfair charges; if you try and not pay them, they stop your service straight away.

We placed an order to deliver a porto-potty through Nationwide Waste Service, then called a different local company and found a cheaper quote at the last minute, so called to cancel. They then told me that they don't do any refunds and would be charging me the full amount regardless. DO NOT USE this company. If you are in the Boston area, we recommend using Potty Palace - they are almost $100 cheaper and also much nicer!

THIS A FRAUD COMPANY.....THEY CHARGE ME £520 FOR A WSTE COLLECTIONS WHICH THE NEVER COLLECT ..AND THEY THEATENED ME WITH COURT IF I DON'T PAY FOR THE COLLECTIONS WHICH THEY NEVER PICKED UP. AND PLEASE AVOID THIS FRAUD COMPANY AND NEVER SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM.
