We understand how important timely delivery is. Your recent order was placed on 1/18 and shipped on 1/20 (our office was briefly closed due to a snowstorm), and USPS made it available at your local post office for pickup on 1/27. Even with the weather delay, it was still within the 7–10 business days quoted for the standard shipping method selected, but we understand that waiting can still feel frustrating.
Regarding Amazon, some of our products are listed there, and in many cases they’re actually shipped directly by our team as well. However, not all of our items are available on Amazon (including the product you ordered) and we’re also able to offer special pricing and discounts when ordering directly through our website.
