Received my import vehicle 3 weeks ago (nissan serena hybrid) The communication here is fantastic, I always get quick replies despite the time difference. Asim was incredibly helpful, as i have never purchased a vehicle from Japan before.. Asim helped me through every step of the process with ease. Asim kept me updated on the location of the ship and any delays. (Delayed by 10 days due to shipping company) Asim made buying my car from Japan a breeze. Highly recommend NCT JAPAN (Asim as your agent) and will definitely use them again!

Unfortunately, we purchased some cars from this company. Some vehicles were fine however we had one where we were not supplied an 'export certificate'. We have now had this vehicle for nearly two years and we are unable to even drive it on the roads let alone even register it with the DVLA. I have chased on multiple occasions and tried to speak to multiple people, yet always ignored now.

I advise you not to use/trust this company.

Paid Car NOT delivered.
I paid for a car over a year ago and still havent received it. Despite promises that I would be refunded, I haven't heard from them since. Am forced to go down legal route. Avoid at all costs

They are scammers bought the car before purchasing days car is parked at Dublin Port will be delivered after 2 days of payment it’s been three weeks ignoring Call nothing received everyday new story to tell even Fighting for my refund still nothing received please avoid specially in IRELAND.

Absolutely disgusted with the behaviour of this company. They are constantly cold calling me and trying to flog their cars. I have told them to stop calling me on several occasions but they dont stop. They call from different numbers and spoof UK numbers. I shall also be reporting this company to Consumer Affairs Agency (Japan), Japan Fair Trade Commission, National Consumer Affairs Center (Japan), The Office of Trade and investment Ombudsman (Japan), Department for Business and Trade (Japan) and any other organisation I can find.
I do not like cold calling and will not accept it from a 3rd grade company.

Incessant phone calls and texts through to our business lines. We have requested to be taken off their database probably 50 times minimum. We have had these calls for years on end. Parasites that will not go away, more like cockroaches actually.

Had a very good experience with NCT. Bought Prius plus. Very supportive and good customer service by agent FEHMEED.he always there from finding a good car till shipment.
Very satisfied and recommend…

Absolute con artists. Purchased over 20 cars from these, paid a substantial amount of money to secure the cars only for them not to ship for over 6 months. Then once shipped the money I had sent them previously was put against other unshipped cars, so was blackmailed into sending further money over. Horrible people to deal with, rude and corrupt. There are many other companies to buy cars from in Japan that are genuine honest companies that will help you. Avoid this one at all costs.

❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️ I Bought 5 cars in August/September of Mubashir (sales rep) who promised before purchasing I would have shipping date within 10 days, and cars would be shipping withing 30 days of purchasing.
After the 10 days, he kept telling me I would get a date next week, and has told me this every week since the start of September, it is now end of November.
He has put me onto his "manager" Shaid who has refunded some of my €10,500 after weeks and weeks of texting and calling but still owes me over €2000. Shaid has kept telling me he will refund the remaining deposit every day and now has now not replied and blocked me from his what's app 5 days ago so I now have no contact now. I have sent a email to NCT Japan website with no reply either.
I'm a small buisness and have put my trust and money into these guys and they have taken advantage of the situation. I'm now afraid I will never see over €2000 of my hard earned money.
I have spent hours each day texting, calling and emailing trying to get this refund and no sign of it. These guys are gangsters.
Please don't make the same mistake as me and find a trust worthy company.

Update: I have received most of my money back now after putting this review up.
Still a couple of hundred euro short, but I'm moving on with my life. I have learned a valuable lesson dealing with this type of company.

Frauds. Do not send them a deposit. They will give you a bank number for a car dealership in london. Once you pay the deposit they will mess you about. If you know what’s good for you don’t send your money. We are in the process of hunting them down. They do t know what’s coming to them. Just keep your money safe and stay away from these scam artists.

Buy 8 MPV'S from NCT JAPAN and the cars are amazing. Their Manager promised me that he will be going to ship my cars within 30 days, But I was thinking that this is impossible to get a shipment in this huge shipment crisis but I was convinced and buy 8 cars, After 24days he sent me BL of 8 cars I received my cars this month at Southampton port, Cars are clean and in good condition.

Being honest right now the service was very reliable and I was pleased with the vehicle I received.

this company is running a bigtime fraudulent activity. Dont become victim of this company. They are based in Karachi, Pakistan and the sales person named Asin, Sajjid Malik and Owner Faizan they are actively hunting innocent people and robbing them with their hard earned money. They will show you cars and would disappear after that Once you have made the payment. Honestly their tone and attitude takes 360 degree turn the moment they recieve money. i caught them using some other companies no. and cheating buyers of japanese cars. They Also claim that they are franchise of Nazli trading Co. ltd . please beaware dont get fooled by Specially Faizan and his team..
