Been dealing with Neat products for a while now a very trustworthy and helpful company that I will continue to use

I purchased gravel grids from Neat Products, and unfortunately some items arrived damaged due to the box being compromised during transit. After contacting their customer service team, I was very impressed with their response they handled the issue promptly and arranged for a replacement to be sent out without any hassle.
Although I wasn’t home at the time of the replacement delivery, the driver contacted me directly, and I was able to ask them to leave the items safely in my porch.
Overall, I found Neat Products to be an excellent company with a highly professional and responsive team. The level of service I received was outstanding, and I would confidently recommend them to others.

Ordering from Neat Plastics was so easy and convenient. I ordered 30 80litre clear boxes and 10 4 drawer storage towers, the delivery was quick and they were well packed to avoid any damage in transit. Happy with the service received from Lax and will definitely be ordering more products soon.

Ordered Grids from here ( had to come in a pallet as i ordered 200 grids) and it had arrived the next day, and dropped off to my porch alongside with the membrane i had ordered

I placed an order and instead of receiving 24 pieces of plastic shed base I received only 12. Customer service is non existent: Jake is not getting back to me since I sent him photos of what I received.
I will contact Trading Standards as they helped me before as this company is a joke… they are asking me for photos of the box THEY sent me. Luckily I have a cctv and proof that only one box was delivered.
I wish I have never had to deal with them.
Look elsewhere of you need plastic shed base.

Made the mistake of ordering a plastic 8 x 6 shed base from Neat. The 50 cm x 50 cm pieces were of very poor quality. They were warped by as much as 1.5 cm when placed on flat surface. In addition the slots which are provided to link the elements together were clogged with surplus plastic and needed to be opened up one by one. I complained and at first was told that when the shed was placed on them they would flatten out and the elements could be linked by hiiting them with a mallet. I pointed out that the shed base was supposed to provide a level base for the shed. The shed was not supposed to level the base. They said they would send return labels so the shed base could be returned for a refund. Despite reminders and several promises (from Pav) to send the labels nothing has come. My latest reminder has simply been ignored. I've since bought another base from B&Q. The elements are well formed, not warped and click together easily to form a good stable base for my new shed. The Neat shed base will be going to the tip soon!
Neat shed bases are very poor quality and promises from staff cannot be trusted. Save yourself a lot of trouble - buy your shed base from anyone but Neat.
