Resort is great. Staff are great. So many things to do. Love it. I always thought it was boring just coming back to the same place again but at this stage of life with a young child it just works.

Friendly and easy to deal with got back with answers to questions very quickly.

A simple an easy to book holiday with loads of activities for all the family.

Great resort with lovely laid back social vibe . Beautiful setting. Remote Greece but for me that’s part of its charm. Great tennis and reality lovely MTB routes - lots through olive groves, vines etc. Fantastic tennis team and special mention of Alex - fabulous coach - and the whole bike team. Amazing set of lads and in particular Dylan. What a super star. Accommodation is slightly strange (from a design perspective) but comfy beds and well looked after by house keeping. Food was varied and plentiful and we had a really great week

The Neilson team made us feel welcome from start to finish. Enjoyed a range of sport and exercise throughout the week.

We keep rebooking with Neilson year after year, and for good reason—it is without a doubt our favourite family holiday. We’ve recommended it to friends and family who are now return customers too!

What we loved:
- The Location & Views: Absolutely stunning backdrop for a holiday.
- Non-Stop Activities: An incredible selection for both adults and kids. The fitness classes are excellent, and the kids' clubs are exceptionally well-organised and packed with fun. You will never be bored.
- The Food & Staff: Delicious meals every day and the staff are outstanding across the board.

We’ve all returned home relaxed, happy, and that perfect kind of "satisfied tired."

A minor hiccup:
The only letdown was that our room wasn’t exactly what we had booked, and we had an ongoing issue with the air conditioning during the week. However, management was fully aware of the situation and already had a plan in place to get it sorted right after our departure.

Despite the room issue, the overall experience was still a flawless 5 stars for us. We can’t wait for our next one!

Easy to navigate, able to check the flight departure and arrival times going and returning, when doing the initial holiday searching and comparing. Easy to understand what is included and what is extra. I like to be able to read about the activities available and also the type of bikes , hoe many courts there are etc.

Firstly, Neilson active holidays are a good concept (if you enjoy activities). However, we have been badly let down with unnecessarily poor service.
The resorts can be very noisy, so we request a quiet location on our latest visit to their Messini resort. Despite booking long in advance, on arrival this year we were placed in virtually the most noisy room in the resort (adjacent to the pool bar).
This level of indifference to customer requests is a definite downside.
Added to that we had a rat get into our room (not suggesting that this is standard for their holidays, but still an unpleasant experience).
Also, I am not sure about the competency of some of the waterfront staff, as we had several occasions where booms separated from masts.

Good can be done anytime of day / evening . Was bit difficult trying to book cabin for family of 4 and hotel room for 2 - ended up doing 2 seperate bookings so just hope we get to travel together . Easy to use discount code from recent trip on the booking form . Like the monthly payment option .

Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful always willing to go the extra mile. Done lots of their holidays either on the beach or snow boarding and always had a great time… highly recommended

You have got so much just right and we are loving our time at Adakoy. Some feedback from our 16 year old daughter who has done other Neilson holidays in the past-it would be great for you to arrange perhaps a couple of teen get together during the week as she would prefer that to her parents having to introduce her to other teens.
Wouldn’t take much more man power or even suggest just something you offer during school holiday periods. Also, just a little feedback on my part due to two hour time difference the 730am classes feel too early when body clock is still on UK time. Understand it’s due to heat but the covered deck still allows for later classes.
Nikki who did yoga this am was brilliant!

Friendly staff, a wonderful pool, great facilities, fabulous freshly-cooked breakfast omelettes and a good choice of well-run activities. Perfect for a group holiday.

Very straightforward booking process

An all round fantastic experience and one of the best holidays we have ever had made even better by the fantastic staff.

These are superb holidays in wonderful locations. We have just returned from another holiday in Vounaki and had a brilliant time playing tennis, sailing, cycling, swimming, canoeing and playing volleyball. The disco bingo was also brilliant. As usual the accommodation and meals were excellent 🤩

We had the best time! Hotel & Neilson staff were excellent food & activities was excellent couldn’t fault anything. That’s why we booked for next year😊 booking process so easy.
