Order delivered within 4 working days but unfortunately one item slightly damaged. It was replaced with absolutely no fuss and within 48 hours. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The desk itself had a few things wrong with it but nothing that wasn't easily sorted but as for everything else the delivery was fast (as in ordered on Friday and delivered on Monday fast) and the customer service was second to none.

An excellent product with a very large range of table sizes. The cast iron leg and base makes the single pedestal version very steady.

I visited the netfurniture website to find a two person tall table. Netfurniture had many to choose from and an easy method in which to specify what we wanted. The table was made in the specified time advised and they asked what day I would like it delivered, that's a rarity.. It promptly arrived on that date well packed and easy to assemble in less than 30 minutes.

Ordered 3 bar tables from Net Furniture on Friday, they were delivered on the Monday, there was an issue with the wrong size screws being included in the pack (manufacturer issue) but new screws were delivered within 36 hours.

This company has amazing customer service, very attentive and fast responding, sorted out any issues we had in double quick time, I would not hesitate to recommend them, a completely honest and trustworthy company with no arguing or quibbling, a refreshing change!

Excellent customer service. I ordered a wardrobe from Net and all fine. Alas the one sent for delivery was damaged and immediately recalled and Zed kept me informed at every step.

Sadly Net Furniture were let down by the courier company and I reluctantly had to cancel the order as time was an issue.

I received a full refund - no quibbles. Zed’s communication was excellent - always answering emails quickly and I feel sorry that it was a third party’s action that forced the order cancellation.

I knew exactly what height and size bar table I wanted for my new apartment but could not find it in the shops. I am so pleased that I discovered net furniture. Zed is responsive both by email and phone, is great at providing advice and he steered me in the right direction to make my choice of table top. Would recommend this company! We ordered 3 kitchen stools that arrived promptly,after 6 weeks we had a problem with several split threads on one of the stools. Zed helpfully agreed to replace himself as manufacturer would only take back within 30 days of purchase. Although they were out of stock they kept in touch and the replacement arrived today. Great after sales service! Thanks

Have just used the company for the first time. Unfortunately our order was slightly damaged. Impossible to ascertain who may have been responsible for the damage but this did not matter as netfurniture did not even attempt to quibble about it. They simply requested a photograph of the damage and then arranged with the manufacturer for a replacement. We were kept informed at all times and the replacement arrived within a few days as promised. Very impressed with the service.

Good service and would recommend! Whilst the initial item ordered that was delivered was incorrect, this was handled promptly and professionally and the correct item was delivered a week later. Good communication throughout.

We recently bought a black granite kitchen table and four leather chairs from Net Furniture and have been very impressed with the dedication and service received from a gentleman named Zed. Initially he sent us samples of various granite table tops and advised us that the leather chairs we liked were suitable in matching the table and also that the placing of the chairs side by side gave adequate room with the particular table chosen. When the items arrived they were superbly packed and upon opening them we found that the quality of the furniture was of a very high standard. We only received them today and they look amazing in our kitchen and we think that they should give us many years of pleasure. We can highly recommend this company and have no hesitation in doing so. Sincere thanks to Zed who helped us with choosing our furniture right up to the actual delivery of it. A fantastic service and company!

I was looking for a hidden office computer desk. I found a desk substantially less than competitors, I made an offer £50 less than the asking price, I received and accepted a counter offer of £30 less than the asking price. I would recommend Net Furniture.
