Horrible experience! I placed an order here for some ids and it never came! The customer service doesn’t respond and there’s no refund policy. I’ve been able to get ids online after I stumbled on an lnstagram seller that was very reputable and kept to their words. Stealthdmvs !
They delivered fast and their quality was superb! Absolutely loved using them.

DO NOT MAKE SAME MISTAKE I DID. PAID 200 FOR EXPIDITED SHIPPING WAS REASSURED WOULD ARRIVE WITH TIME TO SPARE. ONCE THEY GOT PAID THEY WENT DARK...I WAS PROMISED IT WOULDNT TAKE LONGER THEN 10 DAYS WHICH II FIGURED MEANT 20. IT DIDNT SHOW UNTIL DAY 30 AT WHICH POINT I HAD TO BUY FROM MY NORMAL VENDOR BECAUSE I DIDNT THINK IT WOULD SHOW. WHEN I RECIEVED THE PACKAGE I WROTE THEM AND SAID I NO LONGER NEED THESE I WILL MAIL THEM BACK OR CUT THEM UP PLEASE CREDIT ME FOR A DIFF PURCHASE. WHICH NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY KEPT BLACKING MY EMAILS. I HAD TO ESSENTIALLY TRICK THEM AND START A NEW ORDER JUST TO GET IN TO TALKING TOUCH WITH SOMEONE. QUALITY WAS DECENT PRICE SHIPPING WAS RIDICULOUSLY LONG AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXIST ANT. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR STICK WITH FAKE YURD RAN K OR ID TOP OR ID GOD. JUST MAKE SURE YOU USE THE CORRECT LINKS. THESE GUYS ARE RIPPERS

This is the second time ordering novelty ID's from New IDs. Really the third if you count me assisting a good friend with the process. They are always responsive to email questions, prompt and even caught a mistake I made on the order I assisted for the friend. They reached out to us before production and gave us the option to fix the mistake. Really good product. Thanks guys.

Customer service is extremely helpful and quick to respond. The novelty ID’s that they provide are literally the best you can get anywhere, and at the best price too. You get a discount when ordering in bulk amounts so I would recommend that. Can’t say enough how grateful I am for new-ids. My order shipped in 2 weeks with a tracking number that they provided. Me and all of my friends were more than happy with the end result!

They would reply to every one of my email or questions except when I asked about my order. No updates even though was told it would take a week for a rushed order. Paid for rushed and it’s been a week. A scammy trashy and dishonest website.
