Delicious tea and great customer service. Newby is one of the most delicious tea I have ever tasted. Strongly recommend.

Fantastic company, customer service is excellent and their teas are superb! Their Earl Grey is the best I've ever tasted. Beautifully packaged, makes a lovely gift for someone who likes good quality teas. Each teabag individually sealed in a foil envelope for freshness. Parcel came promptly and was well packaged. I highly recommend Newby Teas!

Easy to order and fast delivery

I had amazing customer service by I believe his name was Michael in the London boutique the other week! Including recommendations and what is best for my clients taste.

update 11/06/2026:
I did not hear back from Newby at all after the " we'll look into it" email regarding where my order is, why its marked as not scanned into the royal mail network days after they said they had dispatched it.

I did eventually receive the delivery, unexpectedly, on the 08th June. No tracking updates had been provided, either by newby nor by royal mail to let me know it was coming.

I did get a reply from newby to my trustpilot review below, on the 11th June. I take umbridge at their statement that they were " in contact with me throughout", because clearly they were not.

The delivery came in a pretty newby tea delivery box, all very well packaged inside, not a dent to any of the pretty cardboard tea boxes ( I opted for tea bags this time).

I have therefore added 2 more stars, one for actually eventually getting it to me and one for packaging the product so carefully.

I will still take away 2 stars overall because it did not arrive in a reasonable timeframe from the date of the dispatch notification from newby , the tracking was just not there, no update until it had already been delivered, and I did not hear anthing from newby after i raised my concerns other than a " we are looking into it" email the following day, and a " its been delivered" email after 8t uad been delivered.

I had no idea it was being delivered in the day it was delivered, and might not have been in to recieve it, further delaying the process and would have required me to rebook with royal mail.

The experience if ordering and eventually recieving my order was not good.

The product and the way it was boxed are both excellent.

I will continue to buy newby teas, and I will continue to recommend the tea itself because it really is wonderful, I will however make a concerted effort to try to find it for sale and delivery anywhere other than from newby directly and will continue to reccomend others also avoid ordering directly from newby.

So far , no delivery. I have chased it up ( 04th june) and they did get back to me the next working day( 05th june) via email to let me know they are going to look into it. Fair enough, however then they send me this email (05th june) with a link to trust pilot asking me how my order was? I dont have it, so all I can possibly review is the fact I don't have it.

I have bought their tea many times before, from Amazon, not dirdctly, but they stopped selling the green tea sencha and oriental sencha on Amazon so i tried their own website with the result that i still don't have it and the tracking showed it hadn't been scanned into the royal mail network 2 days after they emailed me (02nd june) to say they had shipped it.

The tea itself is wonderful. If you can find a way to get it without having to use their own website, do, its marvellous, so fragrant, great hot or cold - in the summer I make a big jug of the oriental sencha, with ice cubes and lemon slices, really incredibly refreshing pick me up in the heat.

I might come back and change these stars if I ever do get my order, but they asked me to review it now, knowing I don't have my order, so this is all I can review really, the lack of my order. it's so strange, them asking me to review my order directly after telling me they will look into why my order doesn't seem to actually have been shipped, or perhaps got lost by royal mail?

I order about 1 Year now to the site and it’s arriving my order always very quicly. The quality is amaizing. The best teas that I ever enjoyed!
