Couldn't live without my Earl Grey…
My husband used to buy my Earl Grey tea bags from Newby from Waitrose/M&S but unfortunately they stopped selling them, panic all round. Thankfully he found them online directly with Newby and have bought from them ever since and have done for many many years. In the past I have had the odd occasion to contact them regarding non arrival and missing bags in box, but they sorted it out immediately. Their customer service is excellent.

Thank you for your lovely review, Samantha. We’re delighted to hear our Jasmine tea stands above the rest. Its delicate fragrance comes from the traditional process of placing the tea and fresh jasmine flowers in the same room over eight to ten consecutive nights, allowing the leaves to gently absorb the natural aroma of the blooms. Newby’s tea is always excellent quality. The Earl Grey actually actually tastes like it has some bergamot in it, unlike many other brands. The order procedure was easy and I received the tea incredibly swiftly.
