Bizarre zending. Piepklein. Zelfs voor m'n 12 jarige kleindochter. Verkeerde kleur. Slechte kwaliteit. Duurde minstens n maand voor de zending aankwam. Wilde het terugsturen. Dat kan vooralsnog niet.

I loved the photos online so I ordered them - they came - but sadly they did not look like the photos they were advertising. They were a poor knockoff. The gift ring and necklace were lovely tho. Wish the cloths were what I expected. One dress out of 8 is not a good ratio to take as acceptable. 😒

Items received looked nothing like the ads pictures. Got 4 dresses and they all fit in a lady's shoebox. Everything is thin and silkscreened. Tried to return and was offered 20% discount. To ship back was going to cost 1/3 of the cost and they were going to charge rehandling fee. Wasn't worth it. I just took the small refund, donated to Goodwill, and took the loss. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I would give you 5 stars I just don’t know if your size guide is accurate or not. I guess I will have to find out the hard way!

Photo online looks linen and embroidered. Actual product is polyester with printed design. If you order from Newevers don't expect much.

If I could leave LESS than one star, I would! This company absolutely SUCKS. You will NOT receive your product (despite tracking information stating otherwise). YES, I checked my front door camera, YES, I checked with my neighbors, YES, I checked my mailbox and the office. YES, someone was home ALL DAY. IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED. They will NOT take any responsibility but they will certainly take your money. They present like an American company but be forewarned: this is more BULL$#!T from China. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Highly disappointed the design looked like it’s printed from a copy machine. The material is NOT the same and even the length is wrong. I wanted a long flow dress and this hits me a little over my knees and I’m 6’1.

I loved the dress. Cool and good for a summer day. Seemed to run big.

Terrible , the pictures are stunning and you get delivered with cheap quality material and terrible cuts on the clothing. If you order please do not expect the same as the picture.

Ich habe bei Newevers bestellt, da mich die Produktdarstellung im Internet angesprochen hat – leider wich die Realität erheblich davon ab. Die gelieferte Ware war qualitativ enttäuschend: Die Shirts hatten extrem verwaschene Drucke, die mit den klaren und farbintensiven Bildern der Website nichts gemein hatten.

Die Reklamation gestaltete sich äußerst mühsam. Der Kundenservice reagierte nicht nur schleppend (so dass die Rückgabefrist schnell überschritten wurde), sondern auch in einem unfreundlichen und wenig lösungsorientierten Ton. Auf meine Hinweise zur mangelhaften Qualität wurde kaum eingegangen, stattdessen hatte ich den Eindruck, eher als nervender Störfaktor denn als Kunde wahrgenommen zu werden.

Besonders problematisch: Eine Rücksendung der Ware ist laut Kundenservice nur an eine Adresse in China möglich – auf eigene Kosten. Die damit verbundenen hohen Rückversandkosten stehen in keinem Verhältnis zum Warenwert und wirken intransparent und verbraucherunfreundlich. Für mich ist das ganz klar **Abzocke**.

Insgesamt lässt die gesamte Abwicklung – von der Lieferzeit bis zur Kommunikation – stark zu wünschen übrig. Leider keine Firma, bei der ich erneut bestellen werde.

Sono dei truffatori di prima categoria, ho rimandato indietro quelle che loro definiscono maglietta e felpa... fatte di non so cosa perché non c'era neanche l'etichetta sui prodotti.... morale? Non ho ancora ricevuto nessun rimborso e non mi rispondono più neanche alle mail.

Received what I ordered. The items are fine although it took quite a while to arrive - about 5 weeks.

Dresses received not even close to what is described; jean and linen dresses are printed on some kind on polyester material. No reputable company would sell this trash. I wish I could give 0 stars. Requested return and refund will see what happens.

Don't buy here. Item are cheap and do not look at all like presented on their website. When asking for a return they take ages to process it/ give me the details where to return the items . Then they offered me 20% of the value of the purchase for a voucher I can use on their website. The irony.

Easy to operate

This company seems designed to defraud their customers, and once you receive their bate and switch printed t-shirts that were supposed to be woven, they are reluctant to provide you with their Chinese address, and won't pay for shipping and maybe, they might refund you for the same items you received. I appealed to my bank and received a full refund from them, since they acknowledged that I had been scammed.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS!
