Ho ordinato un ombrellone e dopo un mese di attesa risulta essere consegnato ma io non ho ricevuto nulla. LADRI

Ordered an umbrella. Never received. Scam.

My dad purchased a treadmill from them and was told it was delivered after waiting for a month but when we checked, we received no parcel and were told to look for it without being provided any proof of delivery

I ordered a cantilever umbrella with lights & base for £37.99 paid.
Received a notification it had been delivered with time BUT NO photos
I checked my cameras 20mins before & after said time to see there was NOBODY had came in or out during that time frame.
I emailed the address provided Several times, absolutely NO reply or response.
I tried the customer@ nexarge.com
Only to have emails bounce back saying it has NOT been accepted
I tried again a few times asking for the item to be resent OR a refund.
Still NOTHING, therefore I wish to advise everyone of this & let them think twice about using this very dodgy ripoff site

I ordered a garden umbrella with base in March .ive been in touch asking where it is no reply ivw been tracking it said it was delived yesterday .i was home all day it was not delived.ive emailled tgem again but no reply .so i will get paypal to get my money back .now have to buy one eles where which is a pain

I ordered umbrella and stand and nexarge say they delivered it on 30th April to my address I have not received this item

Cannot give no stars so have to select 1. Not worth 1. Total scam company, ordered a parasol, tracking took days to update,then advised 3 weeks later the item was delivered to my home. It was definitely not delivered! no response to emails total scam company. Please avoid to save you being ripped off.

Ordered 2 outside parasols

I ordered a white baby bassinet from nexarge.com on 7 April 2026.
Immediately after placing the order I contacted them and requested full cancellation and 100% refund before any shipment started. They completely ignored my request.
Since then I have only received vague delaying emails such as “we will handle it as soon as possible”, “finance department will review”...The person replying uses the name Victoria Hill.
This website shows all the classic signs of a scam:

Extremely young domain with zero genuine customer reviews anywhere online
Because of their suspicious practices and failure to respect my immediate cancellation request, I was forced to deactivate my card as a security measure. This caused me significant inconvenience, extra stress and unnecessary time dealing with my bank.
