I am extremely disappointed with the Nexters Company. I've been playing Hero Wars for 3 years now and I have enjoyed the gameplay. Within the last year the game has become increasingly money driven. Introducing new characters and events every month even before the last event has concluded sometimes running two or three events at the same time.

Did a reward offer through Tapjoy from Hero Wars Alliance in Raid Shadow Legends. Did get rewards for the in purchase tasks. As soon as I got to the lvl40/50 rewards they got denied. No explanation. Nexters refer to Tapjoy and Tapjoy refers to Nexter.

I am extremely disappointed with Nexters.com. I made a purchase in their game, but the items were never credited to my account. When I reached out to their support team, they ignored my evidence, provided no solution, and repeatedly closed my support tickets without any explanation.
This is a clear case of fraudulent behavior. They have taken my money but refuse to provide the service or a refund. I have already filed an official complaint with the Consumer Protection Service in Cyprus regarding this matter.

Stay away from this company if you value your money and time. They do not respect their customers.

I invested a lot of money, which I wouldn't recommend to anyone. They made millions of dollars and continue to generate a type of game dependent on purchases. They don't take responsibility for errors, as was the case with me today. I couldn't log in with my main account, but I could with another Facebook account on the same Chrome browser. I filed a complaint detailing the errors, and they responded saying the developers didn't find any errors on their part. In my case, I'm going to file the relevant complaints with the European Consumer Centre (ECC) – Cyprus, consumer.gov.cy and ADR Cyprus.

Once again I had the misfortune of contacting the company's support. There is nothing you can do with them. The application has had a bug for over a year. They do not fix the bug, and support does not want to help bypass the bug.

nach mehreren Jahren Hero Wars hab ich in letzter Zeit immer mehr verfolgt wer hinter dem Spiel steckt und wieso entsprechende Entscheidungen gemacht wurden.

Die Hersteller haben Psychospezialisten angestellt die alle möglichen Tricks anzuwenden um die Taschen der Spieler zu leeren. Das Verhältnis passt einfach nicht, ich habe Spieler erlebt die mehrere 1000$ nur für virtuelle Spiele Währungen ausgegeben haben. Viele hat da in den finanziellen Ruin und folglich auch psychisch schwer mitgenommen.
Das Geld einmal ausgegeben ist es für immer weg, die Gegenleistung im Spiel ist minimal und die Entwickler halten die Inflation im Spiel hoch damit man immer weiter und mehr ausgeben muss.

Dazu kommt das das Spiel immer mehr unter Fehlern leidet welche im Spiel selbst Investitionen zum teil zu Nichte macht oder für starke Ungerechtigkeit sorgt.

Anstatt sich dafür zu entschuldigen wird immer alles nur verschlimmbessert und Fehler gerne wiederholt.

Sehr schade um das an sich sehr schöne Spiel und die Community. Jeder der ein pay to win Spiel aus Langeweile beginnt kann ich nur es ohne Geldeinsatz zu spielen und aufzuhören sobald es keinen Spass mehr macht. Wenn man Geld reinsteckt werden die Hersteller immer nur noch gieriger. Das Spiel ist eine Gelddruckmanschiene das die Entwicklungskosten im Vergleich zu richtigen Videospielen sehr gering sind.

Seid einem Jahr ist die Preispolitik völlig aus dem ruder gelaufen.. Es wird richtig teuer wenn man oben mitspielen möchte..
Traurig da es eigentlich ein super Spiel ist mit einer guten und großen Community...
Schade..
