Niagara Therapy Opiniones 

Dealing with Niagara Therapy has been an A1 experience, from sales, delivery, and support for my Vibration Therapy Chair, and new Vibration Therapy bed. I've been enjoying the Therapy Chair for some months now, the therapy is very beneficial for my body, breathing, and my mental health. Now I'm looking forward to increasing the benefits of vibration therapy, including the fully adjustable positioning to enhance my cpap therapy, improving my Sleep Apnea condition, and my complete health overall.

I had never heard of this company until last Sunday when I made an impromptu visit to my 81 year old brother-in-law and sister-in -law.
During my visit my BiL handed me an order form for a Niagara bed, costing $12,265!!!
I noticed that he had signed it on 16/06/26 and that the cooling off period was 10 working days from the day AFTER the agreement was signed. HOWEVER, the document stated that the deposit would be deducted on 29/06, although the 10 working days should have ended on 30/6.
They told me that they had been pressured into making this outrageous purchase at a pop-up at Cherrybrook Village shops, where they go for lunch everyday, and somewhere that I always felt that they would be safe.
My BiL has had a stroke and my SiL has dementia, so they were obviously identified as vulnerable, easy targets and were coerced into hading over their credit card details!
I sent an email on behalf of my BiL and got him to leave a message on the 1800 number on Sunday afternoon, and told him to call and cancel first thing Monday morning.
He said that the person he spoke to was angry as they had been trying to process the c/c deposit but couldn’t and he was angry that they were cancelling the order!
I can’t imagine how we would have sorted out this mess if I hadn’t visited when I did!
I have named Cherrybrook Village is this review too, because I think they are in cahoot…I’ve rung multiple times to talk to the manager and have been constantly fobbed off…

The consultant Raj was very helpful, he demonstrated how to use the equipment and explained the benefits of the equipment clearly. The equipment has supported swelling due to lymphoedema and pain from injuries. I would recommend the equipment it is easy to use and portable. The after sale service and follow up by Raj supports the control of my medical condition.

I have had my Niagara Therapy Chair for almost 8 years now and have found it be a huge benefit in relaxing the muscles, particularly of my back. I was so impressed with the performance of the chair that I bought a bed 2 years later which has proved to be just the thing to get me in a good position first for reading in bed and later adjusted for sleeping. I feel nicely relaxed and drift off to sleep feeling the gentle vibrations through my back and legs. Maryanne is always helpful and if I need any help or advice she is only a phone call away and I appreciate the ease of contact.

Had a two seater setting after four months side coming off found staple holes is cost a lot of money ring up and all you get is we’ll get an engineer out when we’ve got time. Could before weeks or five lady on the other end of the phone very negative and doesn’t understand not interested all they’re doing is taking your money and running. I hope my problem gets fixed soon. 

I have contacted the ACCC about the sales tactics used. They target the elderly, a vulnerable population we should protect. The salesman said they had to decide then and there and could not think about it as he couldn’t return for a year. My grandparents felt pressured into a $6485 sale. I called up and told them what’s what and they apologised like it’s a once off incident lol. These scum bags target the elderly and you guys will be sorry you came for my lovely grandparents because I’m ruthless in my seeking justice and accountability and will expose this company for the scum they are. This isn’t over :)

Also note: the glowing reviews are all from people with 1 star which shows me it’s fake. Also, how many elderly people are online? This company will be exposed for what it is.

Edit to reply. A quick google of this company shows the targeting of the elderly. Accc can decide ;) also don’t call me again, I never gave u my number you retrieved it through ur call systems after I said I don’t consent you having my number.

Also, I spoke to my grandparents and they told me the ONLY reason the bought it was due to the pressure. Unfortunately the elderly are vulnerable to these tactics. It is not due to them wanting it because they cancelled the following morning.

You people target the elderly and will be exposed. Disgusting.

Edit: now my grandad called me and said you called him asking for my number!!?? Honestly.

And after speaking to all parties? I heard it. You never asked if he was pressured. My grandparents will not go into a confrontation. That’s my job. And I’ll fight for them and every single other elderly person who can’t do it. So don’t you dare say that didn’t happen because it did.

I have Parkinsons and have been using Niagara Therapy for a number of years. I don't get as many spasms as before. Thanks Michelle, for showing me how best to use the products for my condition.

Great therapy, really felt the difference.

I have been using Niagara Therapy for almost 30 years and being able to relax my muscles myself has been the only answer to back pain I had since I was 8 years old. Exercise on its own is not enough, it crucial that muscles relax properly to be able to recover and rest. Gentle stretching is also important.

Through out my life I've had injuries that have affected my hips, pelvis and shoulder and as I get older, my old bod doesn't bounce back as easily as it used too.
One day in Bunbury, I stopped to talk with a lovely rep in The Forum shopping centre, loved what I heard so left my name. Within a week I was contacted and one of the Niagra team came to my house (I'm isolated in the bush and quite difficult to find), we talked more about the product then I was visited by the lovely Stephen. He gave me a demonstration of the Thermo Cyclopad, showed me how it worked and the background (which I found fascinating) and I tried it. It was lovely and relaxing and I thought, with the help of Neurolgical therapist I go too and the Niagra pad, it would help my sore, aching body.
My only concern, as a pensioner, was the cost, but then Steve informed me about the fortnightly payment plan with HUMM, that sealed the deal. I could manage those payments.
I LOVE the pad and I use it at least 5 out of 7 days, some weeks everyday, depending on the amount of physical work I do in the garden. For sore feet I put my feet on the drum, for legs I place the drum under my knees or ankles, I sit on it mostly with the drum under my lower back. I had sore neck yesterday so had the drum placed behind my shoulder near my neck. Today the stiffness is much reduced.
I've had the pad for almost 18 months now and wouldn't be without it.
It's nice to have a choice of speed, length of time and vibration on the controls
Any issues or questions I have I ring Steve and he's always very helpful and friendly. At one point I thought there may be something untoward happening in the drum so rang Steve and he organised one of the maintenance guys to come out and see me. I'm very happy with the service and support of the Niagra team. Thank you.

The vibrator is the best remedy for my rheumatoid arthritis. I use it every day for immense relief. The consultant Maryanne is to be highly commended for her care and support with regular follow ups. I will highly recommend her to everyone I know. Thank you for providing such a wonderful product.

The friendly and informative staff. I was a bit skeptical at first but then Linda came around to my place and set up some massages pads on my chair. Linda was very informative and caring. Linda explained how it works and even massaged my leg while the vibrating pads did there work on my lower back and hip. I definitely fell an improvement afterwards. I ended up ordering a chair which I can't wait to get and put to good use. I can see myself falling asleep in it. Thank you Linda.
