Everything from start to finish was so professional from sending out the pre-paid packaging to me to them receiving it. They emailed me to say it arrived and would have my ring back in two weeks. I received my ring in a beautiful box tied with a ribbon. I also received a certificate with me dogs name on it. I had fur put into a ring and it was elegantly placed, i also had sprinkles put into the ring which looks like Buddy birth stone opal.
