The price suddenly increased by +150€. I wanted to buy a Doxa sub 200 in and after comparing prices, I found Nicols Spanish website had the best price for that specific product. I got in contact with them to solve a couple of questions about the purchase, and 24h later, when I was ready to do the purchase, the price “suddenly” increased by more 150€. After getting in contact with their customer service they confirmed the price increased and there is nothing they can do. I could expect this kind of tricks from Ryanair, but not from a jewelry where I’m about to do a thousand euros purchase. This technics show their lack of ethics and make their customers waste their time.

I purchased a Hamilton Khaki watch with a brown leather strap from Nicols Jewelry. The watch arrived within a reasonable timeframe and looked good in the box. However, upon putting it on, the strap immediately showed excessive wear, including creasing, cracking, and scuffing, despite only one day of normal use and no excessive stress. I believe the strap is faulty and not fit for purpose. I attempted to resolve the issue through Nicols, but their after-sales and customer service were absolutely unhelpful. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be purchasing from them again.
