myself and my partner did this trip the other day and it was better than we could ever have imagined.

This is definitely something you should do whilst in tenerife.

we were worried we wouldnt see anything as it had been cloudy all day but fear not.. it will be clear as you go above cloud level.

Next time im in tenerife i will definitely be making another journey to do this again.

Our tour guides were amazing and really informative. They gave us lots of information on the area as were driving through. I loved it!

Firstly to much time taken up on pick ups drop offs

Food terrible ..dont waste money on this part of the trip
If you have a weak bladder this trip not for you as after leaving resturant no toilet facilities

They took a picture of the moon on my friends phone ...but wouldnt of saturn
I've been fortunate..to have seen saturn previously in another part of world. and it didnt look like that

Absolutely amazing!!

Our guides were Craig and Kieran and honestly we can’t fault them at all. They are so knowledgeable and friendly.

Even though you spend the majority of the experience with strangers, the guides bring you all together so well!

We went for my girlfriend’s birthday and I’m sure it’s an experience she will never forget.

I recommend this to anyone who visits Tenerife! 10/10 would do again.

We had an amazing trip from start to finish. Once everyone was on the coach Craig (our Guide) gave us loads of interesting facts about Tenerife and the history of Lady Teide. The Canarian meal is a basic meal with wine or beer or soft drinks, but very tasty and plentiful followed by a dessert. Was lovely seeing the sunset that was made extra special with a glass of cava. Once we got to the viewing platform with the big telescopes we got to see the most amazing stars and moon close up followed by a hot chocolate. If you know you are going to do this trip before you come to Tenerife make sure to pop in some thermals and a coat! Amazing experience and would definitely recommend.

picked us up, I felt uneasy with him, he kept asking me for confirmation of trip via what's app message. I said I've not had one, as later realised my number was written wrong.
He then drove to another hotel to pick more people up, a Spanish family,who he seemed to connect better with.
We stopped for dinner, lovely looked basic restaurant but I had 3 potatoes and a side salad, ehat I would class as child's meal. The meat eaters had the same side salad with a flattened piece of chicken. Drinks were on table,wine,beer and full sugar drinks. I had water, no desert and barley any food, but the night was not really about that.
We later drove around 15 mins to watch the sun setting, took photos and for those that drunk,had some cava.
Stayed there around 20 mins before driving to our final destination,
Fortunately and unfortunately there was a full moon, so we saw very few stars from light of the moon, but got some great picture of the moon from the telescope, there were 4 telescope there for a group of maybe 50 people to use.
The tour is advertised as being 6/7hrs but what they don't state is that's from pick up and drop off. Despite being back at our hotel at 12. We left the Mount 11pm.
The drive home was really not great for me personally, the driver states he will not talk no more,as driving in the night requires a bit more concentration, he then on my opinion drives pretty erratic driving to close to many cars, intimadting then,and then overtaking many also on a single road.
He was not professional ,he may be used to driving that road many times,but when he has customers, he has a care and duty to protect them,and drive responsibility.
After paying €70 each and that was discounted, I feel dinner should have just been skipped,and more time spent at the other 2 stops.i believe thete is an option to not have dinner,but that's if your driving up yourself and meeting them there.
The best part was photos are taken of you and then sent to your what's app,along with pictures of the sunset and moon 🌙

We had a fantastic experience on the star gazing tour and the sunsets were just wow. Craig was a truly amazing host and provided us with detailed information. Seeing Saturn through the telescopes was unreal and the thousands of stars in the sky was a very emotional experience for me. Thank you so much Night Skies Tenerife for a fantastic tour oh and the cava lol
Forgot to mention Nicholas the coach driver who got us there and back safely. A very nice person and careful driver.
