Hi I would just like to say I purchased a Nilfisk core150 pressure washer and I am impressed with the power and performance. A metal pump, (Not like the cheap and nasty plastic ones from another make), ultra torque motor, anti twist hose and a great warranty. Nilfisk is a solid brand and I wish you much success for the future.
Purchased a regraded Pressure Washer from them. Had a couple of small scratches but otherwise still works great.

I would not use Nilfisk Outlet again - they also trade as Cleanstore.
I purchased a refurbished pressure washer from them which failed on it's first use - the inlet water hose fitting kept blowing off every time spraying was stopped - the screw thread appeared damaged. I returned the machine and eventually was sent a replacement - this time I inspected the machine before use and it also had the same fault - I don't know if i was sent the same pressure washer back that I returned. So I gave up trying to get a usable machine from them and asked for a refund. It took 12 days after they collected the machine for me to be refunded - I had to chase them twice and neither time received a reply or any apology. I suspect if I had not chased them I would still be waiting for a refund! Overall very poor service - just wasted my time and have now put me off purchasing another Nilfisk product which I have previously found to be excellent.

Took payment for a product showing as in stock; despite repeated chasing and promises no delivery has appeared a month on, its difficult to believe it ever existed.
Business feels like it may be a scam. I hope my refund request is actioned. Impossible to recommend.

We apologise for the delay in shipping your order back in 2021 - our dispatch centre was closed when the order was placed on Boxing Day & upon reopening we can see the completion of the refurbishment of the machine was delayed by a missing component which was out of stock.
We can confirm that your order was refunded in full in January 2021.
