I bought a pair of earrings for my friend , they were beautiful when they arrived - just what I imagined! Unfortunately they broke when I opened them but the way the company dealt with the situation was brilliant. I emailed and they replied back within the hour saying they will have a new pair delivered. I received the new pair soon after and they are stunning - my friend loves them and I really appreciated all their help. :)

The bangle is perfect for memorial charms. The winged heart clasp is a lovely addition. We have already started to add charms. Perfect

I purchased a beautiful silver stainless steel bracelet and silver and gold huggie hoops on the claim game. Nina is such a lovely and helpful seller my purchases came quickly and I lovely packaging there was also a little jewellery cleaning cloth inside too which was a great bonus to keep my jewellery nice and shiny. I purchased a gorgeous ring which arrived promptly and was beautifully packed. The ring was a gift for my daughter and was too big as I’d ordered the wrong size. I contacted the company who exchanged it without any problem at all. I will definitely be using Nina Kane Jewellery again.

Purchases came through evri so arrived at my door safety despite not being in. First order arrived the day after purchase so I stayed in for the 2nd delivery but alas it wasn’t that day and I had to go out for basics etc.
Lovely jewellery, I even got compliments on my bracelet on the first day but I had a nasty accident so it fell off, the Porter ring is amazing, it represents the situation I’m in, in my life of how many hands make light work.

Very happy with the jewellery and will certainly be investing in some more !!

Best customer service and always will help her customers as much as she can ( which her rule is nobody leaves unhappy) that's what she tell us and follows through with everyone time on Tiktok. She sells on her website and TikTok lives and she has Instagram so honestly looking for the most gorgeous jewellery with the best customer service at the best prices this is where you need be.
