Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful . Their choice of carrier and next to non existent customer service attributing to this .
The tracking timeline of my shipment said had been held at inbound gateway .
I heard nothing from DHL regarding this , I contacted them twice asking what was happening and why they were holding my delivery hostage as had been over two weeks since my order , all I got were two emails asking me to check my safe place and with neighbours ??!???? Do you think if I hadn’t I would be contacting you ?? My god it’s not hard !!! However YOU have my package and seem to be refusing to deliver . Or their tracking is woefu, no matter , I am still without my order .
My next port of call was to contact Nirvana , I have heard nothing !!!!
Is this a scam ???!??

Hi Jill, I'm so sorry to hear of the problems with DHL. I understand its super frustrating when this happens and we're very disappointed that it's spoiled your experience of buying Nirvana beers.
We will always do what we can to find a solution and get your order reshipped as soon as possible if you get in touch with us as soon as theres an issue. We are a small team but do respond personally to every customer service case.

I would like to give you a good review but unfortunately thanks to DHL I still haven't received my parcel. It appears my address i
s unobtainable and when they sent me the photo of where they tried to deliver it they showed me an industrial estate nowhere near where I live. I have complained to DHL and they have promised me my delivery should arrive today. I'm not holding my breath.
Addendum : My delivery was supposed to be here on the Wednesday, it finally arrived the following Monday. The beer is really good so nothing against Nirvana but looking at other reviews I don't seem to be the only one that has had a problem with DHL.

Great summer drinks
Great product, lemonade & the grapefruit are my favourite. The pils & Bavarian are good too, nice for drinking in the sun, with no hangover the next day

The beers themselves are fab
The beers themselves are fab! What is not great is that I ordered a "gift box". The box was delivered with no external packaging, and covered in postage labels, so it was ungiftable as I didn't want to gift a torn box (box tore when I removed the labels).
I have been in touch directly with the company, but no one has had the courtesy to reply.
So I can only give them three stars - for the drink, and easy delivery. Customer service and well packaged product is poor.

We are sorry to have not replied sooner to your email. As a small team we are covering a lot of bases and sometimes it takes a little longer to respond, however we do aim to get back to every email with a personal response. We did receive your message last week and someone from the team will come back to you very shortly.
As for the issues with the labels on the outside of the taster packs, we do have a statement about this in the images for the product listing. We try to minimise extra packaging and so have branded the inside of the box for this reason. However your feedback is valuable and we are looking at how we can offer a gifting option at checkout for those that require an outer bag.

Wonderful ales that don’t affect INR
We had the Nirvana IPA at a pub in Walthamstow when visiting our daughter and enjoyed it very much. The next day we ordered two mixed cases - bottles of IPA, Best, and Helles to try them out. The boxes arrived by DPD a few days later - very well packed. We have enjoyed each of them, but we both agree that the IPA is our favourite. The taste is superb and the lack of alcohol very necessary to avoid interference with our blood thinners. So glad to have found these wonderful ales.
