Niven and Joshua let me know as soon as this product came back into stock,they dispatched it straight away and i had it within 4 days of ordering...as this was a present their service was much appreciated. This lip balm is second to none...it works fast and does just what you want it to.A Top quality prodict that does'nt fail.I will definately be buying again from Niven and Joshua.

I have ordered from here twice now, the first time the order was not dispatched for a long time but after a quick reminder it was soon on its way. The second time it stated that it was out of stock and I thought I would be waiting a long time but it got dispatched and was here within a week!

Great choice of products & prices are competative. Postal charges are cheaper & amount needed to spend for free delivery is less than other companies I've used.

I instantly received a message from an employee - Grace - and was offered a gift card for double the price of the discontinued item, with which I made my second purchase. The package arrived within 3 days with not only my purchase, but a small travel size sampler.

Pre-Christmas, you expect to have to wait a bit for your internet orders. Not with N & J. Our order was with us within two days, exactly as expected, well-packaged and no fuss. If they keep their prices competitive, they'll be on our favourites list.
