There is nothing “custom” or special about this program. It’s just another diet app with built-in recipes and grocery shopping lists that you have to put a TON of information in to get any meaningful feedback. If you’re not a person that wants to keep a diary of every single thing you consume on a daily basis and record it somewhere, you won’t enjoy this. The bottom line is calorie counting and consumption restriction and that’s nothing new.
Also, if you request a refund within the first few days of membership, this is their response:

“Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear the program isn’t the right fit for you.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but we’re unable to offer a refund simply because the program was not suitable.

Please also note that lifetime plans are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

If you purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, any refund request would need to be submitted directly to their support team.

I paid for a months reduced subscription and couldn’t even use the app. I contacted support who sent me all round the houses trying to resolve the issue. I tried to cancel but couldn’t only to find that they have taken another full months subscription. I’ve emailed them and it has bounced back saying delivery status delay and gmail will try again in 20 hours.
It’s so frustrating

I paid for a months subscription,in October but wasn’t happy with the plan . contacted the helpdesk , who weren’t helpful,and despite saying I didn’t want to continue they have taken another months subscription!
I can’t seem to be able to contact them
very easily ,
