Avoid. They promised delivery on 29th November and I am still awaiting the items on 29th December. 10 emails and phone calls brought only one return call. Even speaking to the Managing Director was of no use; he promised someone would get back to me that day with the courier details and pallet number FOR ME TO CHASE THEIR COURIER; they did not call back of course. Avoid.

This company is run by a professional thief. 3 months ago, I have placed an order with them totalling to almost £900, but I have changed my mind and cancelled it only a couple of hours later. I was then reassured that I will receive a refund once cleared funds would have been received. A couple of weeks later, still no refund and was told that they will issue it asap, but I haven't seen it to this date. I have phoned, emailed and written them letter quite a few times by now to ask for my money back, but with no success. I'm in shock and cannot believe that Trading Standards are allowing these people to run a dodgy business and steal people's money to their liking. My advice is to steer clear from this website & company at all cost.

Awful delivery both times I have had to use this company. Deliveries late and entirely a surprise. Products damaged. Boards edges not great. Promises of calls back were broken in both instances and the products arrived separately both times and over a week late. No notification of delivery. Staff ineffective. Plenty of alternative companies do similar products. I feel a fool for giving them a second go.

I had them install some soundproofing for me, to correct inadequate soundproofing for a party wall. Their quote was competitive, and the main part of the work was quickly and competently carried out (as far as I can tell; at least the noise problems have been significantly lessened).

However, there were some issues with the finishing: we had a non-standard coving, which they hadn't realised in advance would be an issue, and the quality of work on the skirting boards was inadequate. It took five weeks to get these issues resolved!

So in the end I'm satisfied with the work, but I wouldn't use them again. It's been grim having the living room in a state for this long.

I am sorry to say I am currently experiencing terrible service from this company. I ordered a number of their NSSW1 wall panels which arrived damaged round the edges and the rubber backing peeling off and damaged in several places. The manager [name removed] said I was 'trying it on'. Having spent in excess of £4000 on materials in the last week alone and only finding fault with his boards which were £300 ish this does not make a lot of sense. The product's were not fit for purpose - they blamed the courier company, but the adhesive used for product clearly wasn't doing its job which suggests either workmanship or materials? Lead time on products is over a week as well so slow delivery. Anyway this experience has cost me a lot of time and is still not sorted out... Please please save yourself a lot of hassle.
