WAY WAY to long to get the product.

First off, I was disappointed that there were only 2 mopping cloths with the mop. There were no instructions of worth. I took a long time to receive the product.

I would love to use these but I cannot read the QR code that supposedly gives instructions. I would have appreciated written instructions.

Good products. And easy to track the shipment

Took several days longer than advertised to get my shipment.
Expected quality to be better..

The ring I received was not as pictured in the add. It was also advertised as sterling silver and it is not. Not very happy with this whole experience at all

Love it. Easy to clean and takes up very little space

your pet shaver is incorrectly shown in your ads. This thing doesn't work, it hurts my cats and dogs and doesn't take off the hair. you should be ashamed to be selling this product

good communication regarding delivery process. Tracking the delivery worked well. Product has been delivered in a somewhat timely fashion.

The t-shirts I bought were not as shown.They are well above my jean's top even when standing still. The ones on the models are longer, very frustrating because they look cute online but aren't not the same,

Took too long to get the product. They were described as stainless steel and they were actually made of plastic.

The company itself did well. Ordering, payment, shipping were all smooth. Unfortunately, the product lacks the quality that is depicted in the advertising pictures

Another email that I sent 5/28/2026 said the package was coming from China, and eventually would get to my address.
Ordered 5/10/26 and and Order says it was coming 6/03/26, but has not come yet!
