Second hand car purchase
I bought a very nice second hand car from Norman Motors a year ago. I have left it a year before reviewing in order to properly assess the quality of the purchase.
I can confirm I am totally happy with the car which has been faultless and a joy to own. Norman Motors is not the cheapest nor most expensive and they do pride themselves in the customer experience. This is evident from the length of existence in business and reviews left by other customers.
The selection of good cars available was very good. I went to test drive one car but then fell for another as soon as I arrived.
The purchase/sell was hassle free and no pressure applied.
The car is sound and has provided a year of faultless driving. No hidden surprises.

A great buying experience. Neil really knew his stuff and listened carefully to queries I had about tyres and an associated warning light. He undertook to make the car just what I wanted and the company followed through on that undertaking. The service was first class overall and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. Norman Motors do things a little differently. Any concerns that I may have had about buying a used car were allayed by their policy and approach to selling cars. It's a top class and friendly service. The whole process was a real pleasure.

The Customer service at Norman Poole…
The Customer service at Norman Poole has been first class.
There was no sales pressure when I was looking at the car I bought and I was offered a fair price on a part exchange.
All the guys I have dealt with in the office Clyde Neil and Ben have been really helpful.
In particular Clyde has been brilliant to deal with and nothing has been too much trouble and can’t thank him enough for the time he has given me.Really impressed with this company.
