Just cut off after waiting hours
I have been trying to report a dangerous bus driver, but on their 101 line, I waited 1 hour 17 minutes to then be cut off, phoned back and was on hold for 15 minutes to be cut off again.

The chief of police northamptonshire allow and back their staff to cause injury to vunerable people, i have been asking for months for video evidence of injuries that happened to my autistic son by at least 8 northamptonshire police officers can put their numbers up which i will. This is not the first time local police have injured my son but this time trust me i will not let it lie until i have justice

They unlawfully discriminate and lack Accountability
I believe Northamptonshire Police aka Northants Police are not fighting crime and not protecting people :(
They Are Not Transparent and hate clarity
Have no real ethics
They hate the Data Protection Act 2018
Are Not Accountable
Are Not Impartial
Lack Integrity unless it to themselves
They are not fair
They have no real empathy or respect
They hate the IOPC Statutory guidance
Have poor communications
They Hate the Equality Act 2010
Lack humility & humanity
Have poor subject knowledge
Breach the public sector equality duty
Suffer from unconscious bias
And have capability & performance issues
They will unlawfully discriminate if you want reasonable adjustments tailored to your individual circumstances.
Management and leadership try to fix the blame culture by going even softer on any performance or conduct issues with staff.
And finally, lessons rarely get learnt and the public can rarely trust them
