As a longtime very satisfied customer of NOG I was always going to select them first when thinking of changing my GS and had the pleasure of dealing with Elektra to negotiate the deal. Elektra provided outstanding communication throughout the process and worked tirelessly ensuring all the loose ends lined up to produce the perfect exchange. Indeed, all the sale staff at one time or another helped me secure the sale and Ben, with his comprehensive knowledge of the GS stepped in to complete the handover. Fantastic service from North Oxford Motorad, right from the initial enquiry where Clayton Osso dealt with my initial questions through to the purchase and delivery of the bike.
I made enquiries to 4 dealerships around the country, but after further questions, it was only North Oxford Motorad that followed up with further phone calls.
Clayton was friendly, approachable, professional and nothing was too much trouble.
The delivery of the bike by Jim was prompt, courteous, and professional.

Excellent experience, I have just completed the purchase of a BMW r1200r and I can truly say after many years of biking this has been the best trouble free purchase I have ever experienced, from the outset James kaye went above and beyond to get me the best price possible on my part exchange, James made buying my new bike a pleasure, all the work was done for me right through till delivery, and also the van driver was very helpful and polite a true gentleman .

I had been looking for a while now and was having terrible experiences with other dealers. Straight away Alex Reid emailed me pretty much straight away gave me all the information I needed and made my experience very good. Within a week I had a beautiful 2021 GSX-S 1000 😁 they are very easy to work with I have a bad back 24/7 pain and can’t do much but riding is doctor’s orders literally as it’s the only time I’m pain free and these guys made it very easy mostly by email or phone and I now have a great bike Thanks guys and the driver was ace as well that dropped off my bike 161 miles away for free brilliant service best I ever had. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

I’ve come to motorcycles a little later than many people, though it’s something I’ve been wanting to try for years. Having gained my motorcycle licence a couple of months ago I wanted to get a bike so that I can gain experience and have some fun. So, when it comes to these things, I’m a novice.

And when you’re a novice at anything, speaking to those in the know might seem a little daunting. As I found out, there’s no need to feel daunted.

Having found a bike I liked (it’s the BMW R nineT Scrambler), I contacted North Oxford BMW and made the journey up there to have a look. I was helped by Elektra who is a very experienced biker herself and her enthusiasm for motorcycling is evident.

Despite my being inexperienced, Elektra was happy to share her enthusiasm for motorcycling and answer my questions honestly and objectively. The entire process of purchasing a motorcycle was stress-free with no pressure at all. Any questions I had were responded to promptly and, after my initial visit, all the paperwork was processed online.

The motorcycle was delivered by Mike who is also a motorcyclist and clearly very experienced and passionate about riding. He gave me a very comprehensive introduction to the bike, we had a good old chat and he gave me some very useful advice.

A couple of days after taking delivery of the R nineT, I was out for a ride and could feel my phone vibrating in my pocket. At the next stop I checked and it was Elektra with a follow-up telephone call to check how I was getting on with the bike and to see if there was anything else that I needed help with? That was a nice touch, I don’t recall any motor dealer contacting me after a sale to check everything was to my satisfaction?

I have to say, the service that I’ve received from Elektra, and Mike who delivered the bike, has been absolutely first class. What’s made it so good is that they know I’m new to motorcycling and they’ve welcomed me and have been so friendly in helping me with the R nineT. I think Elektra was just as excited as me for “new bike day”!

If I were to provide feedback to their bosses, I’d say look after Elektra and Mike and treat them well as they truly are genuine people who are passionate about motorcycling and that makes them great ambassadors for North Oxford BMW and for looking after your customers.

Though I’m relatively new to motorcycling, I’ve found so many people who are truly friendly and passionate in helping others and Elektra and Mike have been amazing.

Experienced a problem with my RT1250 whilst on a tour across from Essex. Service desk guy was So helpful, and the technician Jack was superb,They both went the extra mile considering it was Saturday lunch time. This is not my local dealership but the people of Oxford are lucky to have such an outstanding dealership. This is how customer service at its best.

Really poor experience from BMW Motorrad. Having spent the morning receiving a video of the bike and organising finance figures which were to be finalised the following day for purchase. I am informed the following afternoon after chasing the salesman up that another of his colleagues has effectively undercut him and taken a deposit on the bike during the evening apparently outside of business hours.
The said salesman advises me he will keep me updated due to a delay on the other buyers finance, only for me to again have to contact him to find out the bike is now sold.
Extremely unprofessional including a clear lack of communication between themselves and their customers…not what I was expecting from a BMW dealership

Very nice experience buying my R1200 GS from North Oxford Motorrad.
Bought at a distance over phone was nervous at first but no issues at all due to superb service from Alex Reid who sold me the bike to Jim who delivered it .
Bike looked even better when it arrived.Thanks again Alex .

The order and delivery of my new R1250RT couldn’t have gone smoother thanks to Elektra and Maria. For the first time in years I actually felt the deal was put together very much with my satisfaction in mind rather than the feeling of just another sale from my usual dealer. Arrived at the dealership with no appointment but was treated with utmost curtesy, offered coffee and although the motorcycle I had turned up to view was not in the showroom, explained it was no bother to fetch from storage, whereupon I was offered a test ride with no undue pressure to purchase.

Just picked up my new bike and had great service from Josh and also Clayton in parts - makes other dealers who I contacted look second rate

Absolutely superb experience at North Oxford Motorrad from start to finish (which incidentally was just 72hrs from taking the test ride to riding away on my beautiful R1250 GS TE Triple Black)!

Elektra made me feel incredibly welcome and calmly put a great deal together for me, including the part exchange of my old bike. Everything she said she would do…she did well, without any prompting.

Collection of my new bike was handled by Rian who, again, was friendly & welcoming, yet thoroughly professional from start to finish.

North Oxford isn’t actually my nearest Motorrad dealer but it’s most definitely the one I’d choose to visit again - first class!!

I have had a second excellent experience at BMW, North Oxford. Having already bought a S1000RR I decided to trade it in for a GS Adventure for a European Tour I was planning. Elektra and Seb were excellent making the process super easy and enjoyable. Both went the extra mile on advice and customer service. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
