We contacted Wimbledon Park Honda to buy a 71 plate Honda civic for my wife, it was the right price, the right colour and the spec that we were after but I was worried about the distance with me living in Glasgow and the car being located in London.
I spoke to Ravi Gehlot who took great care to video the car for me, he assured me the car was in fantastic condition and would come with a Honda warranty. He also gave a good trade in price for our own older Honda Civic.
We arranged to buy the car and with a quick bank transfer the deal was done.
We also arranged to exchange the cars at Preston halfway between Glasgow and London to help save me a huge return drive to London.
We met Ray their driver at the arranged spot and the car looked just as described by Ravi, we exchanged documents and got on our way home.
The car drove faultlessly and we are very happy with the purchase.
I hope the review helps anyone who is considering a car from Wimbledon Park Honda.

They had the car I wanted. I thought of getting a higher spec one but in the end decided on the ex-demo. I got a reasonable deal so reasonably happy!

Best place to buy - very good pre and post sales aftercare

I have used Wimbledon Park Motors for many years and have always had a good experience both with sales and service departments, and this time was no exception.
Wasim was professional and patient and, if I had a query, he immediately found the answer. He spent time going through all the formalities and forms with patience and knowledge.
During one of my visits, when I had a test drive of the car, one of the senior managers came over to join Wasim and me. He didn’t introduce himself but began going through the products available, which Wasim had already completed with me. I understand his name is Harsh. Not very professional and put me off considering the product range.
When I bought the car, one of Wasim’s colleagues, Ravi, assisted me with one problem also in a very professional manner.

Staff are always very polite and plesant and very helpful. Its a pleasure always to enter the shop.

We did experience a small problem with the battery after the car was delivered. The sales team (Daniel) were very apologetic and extremely helpful in getting the issue sorted out very quickly and efficiently.

I was called in to it a car and when I got there it was being sold to another family so I went away and waited to hear if another car you were going to find for me
I got a phone call to say was I looking to buy another car and I said YES!
I was called to test drive a 2 nd car that had no handbrake working when I was out in it and was told it was 10,000 but when we got back into the show room is was told it was £13.000 by this time I had deposited£250 to save the car
I said that’s not what I had been quoted and I was told to wait whilst the sales team checked .
I was then told the car would be taken away and another car had just been acquired
When I came in again to test drive this 3 rd car another sales person was dealing with me.
I liked the car
I paid for the car and when I came to pick it up at 2pm that sales person had disappeared for the afternoon and a woman took over the sale
It was all over the place and I wish I had gone to Honda Chiswick

However, I purchased a used Honda HR-v from Wimbledon Park Honda and received an exceptional service from salesperson Ravi Gehlot. I was very impressed by his responsiveness to my initial enquiry, within minutes he sent me a tailored 10 minute video clip tour of the car candidly showing parts of the car I asked him for further details of. He continued to be responsive throughout the process and very willing to go the extra mile when I asked detailed questions requiring him needing to do research internally to answer them.

Buying a used car is not usually one of my favourite pastimes, however, Ravi’s professionalism and friendly manner made the experience as pleasurable as it could have been. Thank you Ravi and Wimbledon Park Honda, keep up the great work.

Professional, polished and above all helpful. I bought on line having contacted the company and received a short video which was helpful and gave me sufficient confidence to confirm a deposit subject to confirming purchase upon inspection and driving. All went as expected and after some discussion on detailed matters we finalised. There was a minor matter subsequently and again they were very businesslike and helpful. On the basis of my experience I thoroughly recommend this company. Polished and professional.

Made the experience easy from the outset

The service we received from Wasim was excellent - polite, professional very helpful and informative.

Ravi did a very good job of videoing the car and also arranging for an interior defect to be corrected. He was helpful at all stages, which made the transaction easier. There is slight abrasion on part of the rear which was missed, but can only be seen in bright sunshine when dry, and can likely be buffed out.

All went very smoothly and car delivered as promised
