How a airport charges you £8 for dropping off with not even a 5 minute wait is beyond me.How do they expect you to get your luggage into the airport.Also all customers are charged £10 for leaving the airport they are just revenue grabbing and will soon start charging you for spending a penny (probably a pound)what with the staff on strike start using Stansted airport better value for money.This is my first and last visit to Norwich airport.

The airport was great when I traveled to and from Amsterdam. However, recently, they have decided to fine people gbp 100.00 if you merely drop a person off. This to me is a scam, and makes me feel quite bitter towards the management of this airport for allowing this.

What a frustrating experience. Try to speak to someone via the telephone! Forget it. Even when the option is offered “do you wish to book a flight or holiday” it’s go on line. Want to speak to someone about disability assistance you wait and wait. After 20 minutes I pressed the button for a call back, still waiting half an hour later.

All was going well on a package holiday to Ibiza until I was informed my mother had died suddenly, we returned home early and after a very long day trying to get home by plane, train and 2 taxis we dropped off in delft way while I went and collected the car from the airport. 10 days later I have a fine for stopping in delft way although no signage is obvious to a passenger or driver when driving in and is not posted at intervals to make it clearly obvious. This is not the worst part as I have disputed the charge and will go all the way to court if necessary. No when I went on the Norwich airport site to make a complaint the form would not submit no matter how many times I tried and after a my mothers death that is the last thing I need.
