Telta Pure 390 excellent customer service
We purchased a Telta Pure 390 which arrived promptly along with the carpet, poles etc.
However, when checking everything was ok before loading into our caravan found we’d had received the correct sides and front but the wrong actual tent part. We had been sent the 330 instead of the 390.
I got straight on the phone to Dave at Nch camping who arranged for a replacement awning to be sent to us for delivery on Saturday as we were going on holiday that day.
Parcel was delivered promptly this morning allowing us to get away on time.
Thank you Dave and team…

The awning we received is excellent.
The awning we received is excellent.
It arrived by courier within a couple of days which was great.
Royal Mail appeared to lose a carpet which was to go with the awning and wouldn’t get here on time for our next trip. Jeremy went out of his way to send another one out and we got it next day and day before our trip !! Royal Mail have since found the parcel but tried to deliver when we are away but we have asked that this be cancelled so hopefully that will happen. Great customer service so would buy from you again. Thanks

Very helpful pleasant members of staff.Happy to answer any questions Would use this firm again.Only downside was the laborious system of ordering and payment .Price seemed quite reasonable
Quick well organised delivery .
Parasol.seems sturdy and easy to move up and down . Disappointed by base Difficult to keep rubber band on base when assembling and without it base starts to disintegrate
