Hi Karen,
We're sorry for the lack of communication and that you've had to chase us for updates regarding your pergola installation. We completely understand your frustration, and this isn't the level of service we aim to provide. A member of our team should have been in touch with you recently to get this resolved and provide you with a clear update.
Excellent service
A little hiccup at first . It was rectified by the excellent staff concerned and I was kept up to date throughout . I think his name was Steve .

We purchased a new caravan air awning…
We purchased a new caravan air awning with additional sun canopy and electric pump specific to the caravan just purchased. Within 2 months we realised we needed to change to a larger caravan which made the awning redundant. As we hadn’t used the awning, we were able to return the awning, received a full refund minus very reasonable postage charge. Excellent, prompt communication through the whole process.
