Upon ordering my jerseys ( I got 2) I…
Upon ordering my jerseys ( I got 2) I had noticed that it was the same jersey player, so I emailed customer service immediately asking them to switch one of them due to not wanting to have 2 of the same player. They refused even though they had not started the process. They were unprofessional with how they handled things and they stopped responding to my emails even though I asked to talk to a supervisor or someone that could help me out. It was just not a pleasant experience. Hope no one else gets the same experience as I did.
To clarify I purchased it on the feb 26 and sent them an email the next day and they claim they didn’t receive it until the first of march. Upon asking for an exchange they refused to do so.
I would be more than happy for an exchange and would definitely change my review if you guys are serious about giving your customers a better experience.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience, and we’d like to clarify a few important points for transparency.
Your order was placed on 26th February, and as clearly stated in our FAQ, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. The only email we received from you requesting a change was on 1st March, which was unfortunately outside of this timeframe. By that point, the jersey had already been produced and dispatched, meaning we were unable to make any modifications.
Despite this, we did offer a solution by inviting you to return the item for an exchange so we could provide the version you preferred. We believe this was a fair and reasonable resolution.
Regarding communication, we responded to your messages and also asked for confirmation of your claim that an earlier email had been sent, but no evidence was provided. We always aim to assist our customers as best as possible within our policies and timelines.
We’re sorry the experience did not meet your expectations, but we stand by the process followed in this case and remain open to resolving matters through the exchange option offered.

Great customer service, replied quickly. Item took a bit longer to arrive but this is mentioned when ordering so not an issue (it arrived quicker than their estimated timeframe). Vintage Scotland tshirt is perfect. Would highly recommend.
