During a recent visit to Canada, I had been tasked with trying to find a Dee Dee outfit (Doodle Bops character) for a little girl in the UK 4-6 yrs size. It appeared this company had it so I ordered it at the end of January, I received an order confirmation followed by the money ($63.00 total) being taken from my account. To cut this story short, they could not supply the item so I cancelled my order and asked for a full refund. They told me the money would be refunded the following week. It is now almost the end of March, I have NOT received my money and they do NOT answer my emails. As far as I am concerned they are crooks and not to be trusted.
